Hah, it's something of a time honored thingfling tradition for their descriptions to contain grammatical and spelling errors. But I agree with you it coulkd be confusing, so I' say you have a case to argue. My point was just that in context I'm pretty sure they meant "individual" rather than "different". But, good luck Brother, let us know how it worked out when you hear from the HelpDesk. As a last resort, TF does accept returns on non-mystery items, although generally you have to eat the return shipping cost. BTW - nice to see a fellow CAGer here. So, lets explain a couple of things here... We used the word different because we have all different wallets for you. If you receive duplicates, this is a mistake... But we have to understand what you consider duplicates. For this matter, I'm attaching the picture we used in the post to demonstrate the wallets available. Although some of them have the same design (print), they are different models. They have streams, different sizes and different divisions inside. Rest Assured that if you contacted our HelpDesk, they will take care of your issue. I did contact the helpdesk, and I saw what you mean about duplicates, but my duplicates are the exact same model, as I have both types of the prints in question as well. Definitely appreciate the situation being fixed though.

If I had thought it "clearly" meant that, I'd not have said I think it meant something else and the emphasis was on assorted, but then argying with folks offering you information is not going to change anything. Argue semantics with thingfling, but as I've not seen anyone else post about this, I question how "clear" it was to others, either. But good luck all the same, I'm positive they'll send you the missing buckle at the very least. Why use the word different then? There would have been no need for the word to be there, that's what I mean. I didn't mean it couldn't be mis-read, but that grammatically it was at the very least misleading. Yes, as the site doesn't exactly have an easy "contact us" link where I can get an email adress to reach them at, and I don't think I should have to go scrounging for something like that, so perhaps simply filing a chargeback would be easier on me.

So I don't know if it's worth the hassle of contacting the site, but I gave it a try when I saw this on CAG, and Iupon getting my order, I only got 3 belt buckles, and 3 of my 6 wallets, are the exact same wallet. The post clearly stated you would get 10 different items, I wouldn't have ordered it otherwise. I'll just vent here while I decide my next action.
