smsung wrote:As a newbie, I have questions for all of you veteran flingers...
I bought this last week (my first fling) and will receive it early next week. It looks like it has the same items as the other AMBs reported, since it is also 6 lbs.
If I buy another AMB today, will I get the same mystery items as in the first fling? Do I have another chance at being shagged?
Thanks in advance for your answers....sorry if these are dumb questions. I am tempted to buy again because we love having lots of digital frames. We have a toddler and a 4 month old, and their grandparents are always asking for photos. We'll load up some frames for them for Valentine's Day. Great and affordable gift smsung! As for the mystery items, they could be repeats of your first box, MAYBE a couple being different. As for the Shagging...absolutely you would have another chance! Also, Welcome to the Flingdom!

Hey Scared.
Could be too that TF took the everything else forum off the front page. Is TNT still hanging around do you know?
I have Wave too, but I also haven't really utilized it yet, for the same reason as you...lol. I have Twitter but too find it rather "useless". But I can see Wave being very useful once it gets going and more extensions are developed for it and integration between it and all the other Goog products (which I also have...Voice, Picasa, Gmail, Docs, Apps, Chrome....lol). I can almost see Wave taking the place of Gmail, like Voice did Grand Central.

Wow, I haven't been on here in a while. It seems the Everything Else forum is being less visited then it used to be. None of the "old timers" chattering anymore?
Anyway....
Was wondering if anyone here is utilizing Google Wave? If so, for what and what is your opinion of it?

Quote:A million bucks for whale vomit? It could be upchuck for megabucks! It's called Ambergris or floating gold. Ambergris, is the vomit of the sperm whale, it comes out almost clear and turns darker over time. It is a very rare substance and could fetch a thousand dollars a pound. The perfume industry covets this natural form of perfume ingredient largely because of it's rarity and because most manufacturers have switched to synthetic versions. If you are strolling the beach and should happend to trip over some you should be abe to find a buyer in the perfume industry no problem. Time to go surfing! All we can say is good luck findin' some upchuck Time to become a beach comber ! LMAO

I have a delima that hopefully someone here can help me with.
I have 2 coupons that expire TOMORROW (April, 16)!! I am wondering whether to get the CM-7000 or iNet SSR1921.
CM for the S-Vid out BUT iNet for the serial port for future updates or maybe "hacking" ?
|
I would be so inclined to buy this but...
1: Is it 2 protected plugs with other non-protected? (2 plugs just doesn't seem correct for a 425W UPS)
2: How does it connect (serial-USB-etc?)
3: "normally" a 800-825VA UPS is 510W, not 425W
FYI--Monster makes (or at least did, not sure about now) UPS's too and if the specs get corrected (or clarified) this unit would be inline with it being a Monster and sold for the use of HT systems given its low power rating, not typical of today's PC's + peripherals handling.

Does the contents of the refill need to be emptied inside the Inhibitor unit? Or does the refill fit inside the inhibitor?
They say the refill lasts two weeks, how long does the battery lasts?
Thanks. Well trivedi, I haven't tried so cant comment on it. But, here are 3 reviews on Amazon 3 good 1 bad, go figure.
