Did you get exactly what you see on the photo above? If so, they should be compatible and you might need to check not only the channel setting (1-12) but also the little hidden "house" switch. Somewhere on all the pieces is a tiny pair of switches that allow neighboring houses to use all 12 channels without interference. Make sure they're all set the same.
No, I didn't get what was in the photo above. Both transmitters and the one receiver that came with the wall switch, don't have the channel settings. Which I guess is why they are not "Smart". The instructions also clearly state in bold letters, "
This transmitter/receiver pair is NOT compatible with GE SmartHome remotes".
