I never saw the 'Owe you one' letter, and was pleasantly surprised when I recived my order of Cool Downz today. Also in the box was a Citi multi tool (immediately claimed by my spouse, lol) and a Phillips video selector.

I had ridden out the 9.99 mystery box disappointment, thinking that you pays your money, you takes your chances, but wanted to jump in here and say thank you for going above and beyond in adding a personal touch to the site.
