Hello all, I just recieved my Wacky Wed order yesterday. While everything was of excellent quality, I am missing the "pair" part of my PS2 controller set. Sent from Overstock, the box only contained 1. Whats up? Anybody else get just 1? Am I missing somthing (other that my mind)?
Thanks

Be patient - they are going through major growing pains right now - they had ~1700 members at the beginning of Jan, now they are up to 10,987 - It make take a week or so to get an email response, but don't worry, they will get back to you, and you will get your 2nd controller - you may even get the controller before you get a response to your email. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends? Circle of Friends is a social mentoring program based in schools pairing students with special needs with their regular education peers. It will change your kid's life in a positive way! Go to: www.buildingthecircle.org to learn more. What is Y.E.S.S.? That is, you had to make 2 separate logins--one to purchase and one to comment. Therefore, their number of members is probably much higher as some folks ordered but didn't make a forum login. And from what I've seen TF is good about making things right. Although, I've only had one thing go wrong (no accessories with my comb bind unit) and it has not yet been resolved. It just happened about a week ago and they said they were shipping the accessories, I just haven't received anything yet.

I only had to make one login to do both, and I know for a fact that there have not been 11,000 different people that have posted in the forums - I would be suprised if there have even been 500 different people who have posted in the forums. I think it did create a forum login for me too, but I had to enter another password for it. Or did at one point. or maybe i just thought I did as it timed me out or something. Anyway, I have a login to purchase (email address +password) and a login for the forums (username created under the purchase section but with a different password). So, how that happened I don't know....I see you can change it under the "my profile" tab, but I didn't do that so that's why I think it forced me to a separate login. eh. whatever. It works right???

It created both log-ins for me at the same time, but I had to log-in to the forums the first time I posted. After that, I have remained logged in when I come back to the forums, but I have to log-in for the purchase and account history side.
