I got these last time they came around - and they didn't include the joiner units.. which was very frustrating.

i got these the last time, as well. returned them to thingfling after the description was misleading and sounded like they could be joined without any additional accessory.

stay clear if you want to join them all together.

The description says, "Special internal connector located on end of unit allows easy linkage of joiner units using Quick Plug Connector (included)"

What extra part do you need to join them? Or, was the Quick Plug Connector not included last time but is this time?

I'd really like to order these, but I want to link them all together!

Likewise, looks like what I'd need to light my pantry, but if they're missing the joiner units then I'll have to pass. Any clarification from TF staff as to what is/is not included with these?

Yeah, These are close to but not really the items advertised. They are white 2 bulb halogen fixtures with frosted glass but the installation is made to be hard wired only. In the box came six identical boxes with six identical units. No starter or master unit to be found.

Each one comes with the unit which has a round punch out on ONE end. There is no electrical connection at all to the other end, so no "quick" connectors are even possible.

Also has drywall anchors, screws, Mounting brackets, white 3/4"? conduit adapter, 3 wire nuts and 2 bulbs ( two out of the twelve were broken).

I still used them, as they are still worth 5 bucks each, but I had to spend some time wiring them up. I used some old computer power cords to do the wiring since they have a plug built in. They look great under my kitchen counters.

In the end they were worth the cost and time, but I probably wouldn't have bought them if I knew what they really included.

Gu'Day 'bcpayne1' -

A few Q's if you don't mine, as your post has provided a wealth of info already.

Does one actually receive the:

[1] 5 amp replaceable fuse ???

[2] Convenient on/off switch ???

[3] Quick Plug Connector ???

[4] Was 'TF' able to provide replacement bulbs for the two that were DOA ???

[5] Are these halogen bulbs 'regular' or 'special' ??? Expensive ???

[6] Where you able to test the bulbs to see if they're truly 'dimmable' ???

[7] Does the fixture have enough 'safe' space to install a fuse, a dimmer and/or an on-off switch ???

Any there other positives or negatives, you'd like to add ???

Much thanks. Wishing you the Best,

a.
