What's up with this? I just bought this last week for $15.99 + $6.00 S&H. It hasn't even arrived yet, and now it's $1.00 less. That's not a big deal, but it is a little let down.

Check your account, because they refunded me a dollar, making it 14.99, and as for getting it, mines supposedly going to be here soon, so keep an eye out for it.

I don't see a credit on my TF account and I also bought at the higher price. Is anyone else seeing the dollar credit?

I checked both accounts and i can see that the refund was issued. If you paid with credit card it usually takes a little longer to show up on your statement.

OK. I have been using this item for a few days now, and all I can say is:

TYTF this entire transaction was fantastic!Applause

The shipping was FAST and well packaged.

I love using these speakers. I paired it with my G1 phone/computer/calendar/email system/GPS/Bestphoneintheworld very easily. It did not even ask for a pairing code.

STEREO operation is clear, crisp and very impressive for such s small sized speaker system.

When a call comes in, the music stops, and I have a choice of using the T515 as a speakerphone, or I can answer it with the BT headset, or I can answer it as a conventional phone.

Once the call is completed, The music continues playing right where it left off. The T515 actually exceeded my expectations.Dancing

If this ever comes up again, I recommend this as a 5 STAR BUY to anyone in the market for a BT speaker system, headset, music listening device!

Have a GREAT DAY everyone.

Cool

I got one the last time they were on and could not get it to work on my computer or cell phone even though both showed it as a trusted device. I called their 800 number got a real (American) person on the phone that was very helpful, I had to send mine back to Altec because they couldn't fix it over the phone and they will be sending me a new one out. Using the inline jack with my MP3 player the speakers were really great and I can't wait to get mine back, hoping it will work with my phone this time. Worth the money even if you have to use it as extra speakers. Applause

Got one last time around and I'm using it now. These things are fantastic. The sound they produce is a little heavy on the bass. I don't use it as speakers for my computer, so I can't comment on that aspect.

Got a few of these last fling and it works great, paired with my Blackberry Curve.
Music sounds surprisingly good for size, its small and compact with nice carrying case to put it all in.
The only drawback for me was that I cant listen to streaming music (Pandora) while connected via Bluetooth. Other than that I am happy with them Applause

I got one of these when they were first offered..

Now I'm getting two more - one for the office and one as a gift.

I paired it with my Sony Ericsson Walkman W760 Phone with no problems. I can listen to music and use as a speakerphone. It is kool the way it suspends the music for calls and resumes music after the call.

Then I took the bluetooth receiver off and hooked it to my Home Stereo system that has speakers throughout the house and outside. I paired it with my computer and could stream music from the computer on my second floor to the stereo on the first floor and listen to music from the computer everywhere. I had to use the receiver without the speakerphone because I had a loud humm when using the AC Adapter on the speakerphone.

I had no problems using it 30 feet away from the phone.

The system is built well and comes with $15 worth of accessories.

Altec Lansing's web site shows this as $149. I wouldn't pay that price but $14.99 for this is a no brainer...(If you have stereo bluetooth (A2DP) capability)

Thanks Thing Fling!Very Happy

I'll chime in with everyone else on this one. this is an insanely good deal. The speakers are good for a small room (listening to them right now in my office). No problem hooking up through BT with a Sony cell and an Iphone. What I wanted to add is that even if you tossed the speakers that came with this kit, the "Blue Tooth Pill" alone makes this deal worth it.
I have used the BT pill with headphones. My high dollar headphones from TF are now wireless.
I have hooked up the BT pill to my Sound System. Wireless sound to the amp!
I have used it as a BT headset and the mic and noise canceling on it seems very capable.
I have hooked it to my car stereo via jack in and it works as a handsfree car BT device and switches from music to phone when a call comes in.
Basically the pill can be hooked up to any device with audio in and make it BT enabled.

Thing Fling, This deal literally rocks!!!!

PS. In for 2 more this time!!!Applause

Your problem is with the Blackberry Curve and NOT the Altec Lansing T515.

The Blackberry is limited in its BlueTooth functionality.

MY G1 plays all kinds of streaming music via the speakers, Pandora, imeem, lastFM etc. So does my WING, Dream and Motorola ROKR.

These speakers are GGGRRRRRRRRRRREEAAAAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes your correct RipRap on the Blackberry issue with the T515, BB doesnt seem to have good Bluetooth or maybe shielding when streaming music (Pandora). I get interference and timing issues (outa sync), but when I just play Music/Video from BB (Memory) to T515 all is good. Should have made that more clear in my earlier post thats its not an issue with the T515.

The T515 does have Shielding for GSM/CDMA Frequencies
Shielded design
GSM/CDMA shielding prevents speaker buzz.

This is my first time purchasing from this website. After the order went through they have a promotion code "FirstFling" or "Newflinger" for $3 off. Will that code be deducted from this current order or is that given for a future purpose?

You get to use it on your next order. You may also find an additional offer for another discount inside your order box if you complete a review.

I'm in for 2. I'm hoping to use one as a wireless headphone monitor when performing on stage. It would save HUNDREDS of dollars and the BT would cut back on interference problems that some of our wireless equipment seems to have. Anyone have any experience in this area?
