For skype, you can call other skype users for free, or pay a few pennies a minute for calls to any phone numbers (within US it's something like 2 pennies a minute). I find this extremely useful to use as backup when my wife crazy glue herself onto the land line. I don't have much minute on my mobile so this is an excellent way to save money.

No you can use it as a regular line as well.....there is a charge of course but it is small...2.95 cents a month though. If you go out to the skype website it will tell you about it. 13 Flings flung so far !!!

Our consumer guy on the radio loves the Skype phone. He has had one for some time. You can go to ClarkHoward.com and see what he says about it.

For my first fling, I got a winner  My sister is in Europe for college, so she's been talking with Parents via skype.. Now no more headsets. This phone is great. Sits in the living room. The landline we'll let ring and screen calls, This thing gets picked up first ring, everytime

I just found out that the USPS left my package out and it got stolen  Theres nothing they can do about it either. I'm never gonna get it delivered by USPS again.

These things are wonderful.... ordered 1 and my buddy gave me his and they work great. So my kid can call me when he gets home from school and he tells me how his day went... Thanks TF Plus you cannot beat the price of the service FREE 13 Flings flung so far !!!
