Getting frustrated with submitting helpdesk tickets as order arrive. Fast shipping, But items are missing.

HelpFlinger keeps correcting the problem whether it be a refund or shipping the items missing (Still time!).

Anyone else experiencing a similar problem? Losing trust and now forced to count each item.

I have been receiving all of my items, but I am getting frustrated trying to get Shaggy or HelpFlinger to respond to my PM's. I had been talking with Shaggy about something via PM, and he told me to email him, so I did. I guess Shaggy's emails get read by Help who said he'd pass it on to Shaggy. Shaggy hasn't responded, so I sent him a couple more emails, to which I got a message from Help saying he would let Shaggy know. Since I still haven't heard back (original email to Shaggy was sent 5-6-0Cool, I PM'd them both over a week ago and I still haven't heard anything.

I am beginning to think that they may be spending time at a 2nd job somewhere and not too much time at TF. They don't appear to have a whole lot going on here. Yesterday I placed my 1st order just after midnight and my last order at 11:42 pm and between those 2 orders there were only 107 orders placed by other people. I am sure that several of those orders were multiples of the same item (free window alarms or $3.33 battery chargers), so at most, I would say that yesterday they really only had 75 different orders.

I have had to contact the help desk over the time I've been here, more then I have with typical businesses, but all my issues were always resolved swiftly, and helpfling is a delight to speak with anyway. I really do not mind, the volume of support needed is for one indicative of how often I purchase from TF, and for two, to be expected in my opinion, with any DoTD type company. I just look at it as the price we pay to get cheap, often refurbished/used goods. So personally I do not mind so long as the problem is fixed in the end, and TF always has. I have not been missing any items in recent orders though. I think there's only been one or two times I was missing something.
