Hmmmm, have to pass, but I do wonder if there are things in the box that have to do with numbers, thus the 12345 price. Probably not.....

What are crazy!! I mean I love ThingFling and the idea of mystery box but are you crazy!!!!! At that price the trip your taing this weekend must be really expensive that you're trying to get us to pay for. I mean just like the others I did the last 2 mystery box deals and I have 2 large, yeah large and lots of.....crap, boxes sitting here that I can't give this crap away. If you want to take the weekend off and come back to find out you sold anything you better give a lot more info of the items that maybe in there.

Yes you were crazy for diving in head first without looking in th e pool to see if there was water!!! Look at all this post and these were like $10 mystery boxes that we pretty much all feel like we got screwed. Although I am sure the items added up tp over $10 in the dollar store but it was crap nobody wanted. What are you going to do when you get 3 boxes of 10 cellphone flashlights? yeah 30 of these little babies!! 4 cheap poker watches, how many arms do you have? And on and on and on. I have an extreme feeling you just jumped from the high dive and can't wait to feel the cool water but look below, the poolis empty. Who knows maybe , just maybe, Thing Fling maybe throw a couple of glasses of water in before you hit. Good Luck but next time look before you dive into the pool for the first time.

I flinged those 10 dollar MB's a few weeks ago, and I am sorry to say I was very disappointed in them. I have no doubt I got 30+ dollars worth of items, but not a single item was of any use to me. I was hoping for some things that, if not useful, were actually... you know... FUN. Heck, I would have been happy with a coffee maker after seeing what I got.
I am definitely intrigued as to what a MB with 123.45 price tag could have, but I'd be pretty upset to have that kind of money go down the crapper with more useless things.

Wow...that's a pricey one. And it's a long weekend. Would I be better off taking that $123.45 to the Blackjack tables in AC. That's about 2000 miles worth of gas (I have a Prius), two really good PS3 games, 5 new Blu-Rays, or 2-3 cases of absolutely excellent beer.
I'm kind of on the fence... I got shagged on a cable box, and that was the one to shag me on; I have two large tubs of cables, and like to be the guy who always has the right one. And that was for less than the local price of a 50' CAT5 included in that box, which I needed right then... so the rest was really gravy.
Then I got two useless $9.99 boxes... I didn't even get three different no-battery poker watches. But I went for the $31-something box, and I'm really happy with the Philips noise-cancelling phones... I had two old phones needing retiring (one noise-cancelling)... the Philips worked better, I love the built-in batter rather than some in-line battery box, etc.
What could it be? Well, chances are it's a new item that's replaced in the market pretty often, thus the discount ability. At that price point, I'd bet on a low-to-mid level GPS, since they replace those models about once a month, or a decent-enough MP3/MP4 player. Outside bet is a high-end DVD player or low-end Blu-Ray, particularly given the previously noted hooks into Philips. Problem is, I have a GPS, a 30GB Zune (which ran me $75), and a PS3... so I'm cooling on this one.

Did someone say they didn't get poker watches? Well well well Dave have I got a deal for you! $5 and I'll send you four! At least one works. You think about it and get back to me!

I am a virgin flinger going for the mystery box. In reading tons and tons of other discussion forums where flingers discuss the goods they have received in past mb, for the cost of this mb, it has to be good. Well, at least I am hopeful!

ok..ok.. i went for it.. even though i say it everytime, i am REALLY going to try not to peek in the forums to see what everyone else got until after I open mine, so i can really be surprised when i get it.. (so far hasn't worked, but I will try)... here's hoping for the biggest shagging that will make me see more fireworks than i could ever see on a 4th of July!!!!
good luck to all those that went for it, and have a happy 4th of July!!!

If you had taken my comments as they were intended you would have LOL'd and made a funny comment. Instead you wrote a rather mean comment about a flinger liking the UPS guy. I LIKE surprises...I think most people do. Bad form.

It's a MYSTERY BOX!! GEEZ I really wish ya'll get that through your heads!! That's the whole FUN of it! If you want specific items, then only fling for THOSE!! I admit I wasn't all that thrilled with the cell flashlights or the poker watches, but the grandkids had a blast with them so it wasn't THAT bad. And all the other MB's I've flung have been just fine...some things I use, some I don't. Those I use to barter for the things I do want. That's why we have a trade thread in the Everything Else Forum!! Maybe some of you should check it out...you'd be surprised at how many people just MIGHT be looking for what you call crap! As for THIS mb, I have to pass But I know I will be kicking myself later for it...but it happens. Good luck to those who jumped in feet first 49 Flings Flung and WAAY more to come!Female in case you don't know LMAO

Your joke has been posted so many times anyway, think it might be old, that qualifies as bad form to me! Of course you can continue to post that for every item if you want to. If you think the UPS comment is mean you've had a pampered life. Here you go, here's my LOL!

Don't worry, I won't comment on your posts anymore, and won't return to this one to see whatever your response is (just not interested to be very honest and I'm sure you feel the same!)

A little touchy there S.D.R. I don't think repeating a joke is in the same league as being mean to a stranger in a chat forum. Your comment wasn't nice and I called you on it. I posted this to clarify for other Flingers. (I'm sure you won't check back to see)

OMG - I can't believe I'm thinking of getting this. Last (regular priced) one was ... meh. I'm just thinking there's no way they could charge this and not have it be excellent.
