This is a sync + charge cable which attaches directly from your iPod to your computer. This allows you to charge your iPod and update your play list at the same time. Has anyone had problems using this with their iPhone? It does not charge my Phone nor my wife's iPhone. Should I try and replace them or are they just nor compatible with iPhones?

I don't own these, but my wife has an iPhone, and I have an iPod Touch. I've never run across a cable that wouldn't charge. I've had a couple that wouldn't sync, but never not charge. Sounds like you've probably got bad cables to me. TheEndless
