I got one of these in my mystery boxes and sold them for $95 (plus shipping) on eBay assuming these are really the Philips Headphones. This is an awesome deal. I think I might bite.

course I got these headphones in a mystery box at a lower cost than TF is selling them today, so it really is a gamble. Unemployed (Student) and addicted.

Has anyone considered if they did it on purpose? The word "mystery" brings people to the site but then ThingFling goes "oops! now you know its a great value!"
I don't think this was a goof... which is why it hasn't been corrected.

I like them while mowing the lawn. Or when someone is showering in the house. These are completely worth it. On another note I think I have a real problem because having ladyfling quote me just made me all happy and tingly and made me feel important. I mean I love you guys but I haven't "fanboyed" in like 7 years, and never online... and NEVER over someone I have never talked to. The culture here is frightening. *shivers* Unemployed (Student) and addicted.

I am probably going to Fling for a pair, but I am curious as to how the pricing evolved. A MB will almost always have the better value in terms of price and extras included. It is something like the reward of taking the chance on the Mystery. In this case TF had more of the headphones obviously and they received quite a positive reaction from the 31.99 MB, so they brought em back. The Mystery headphones gag in my opinion is more of a joke, we all know exactly what it is. It probably is sans all the extras of the original MB it was introduced in, but its value is still far exceeding the purchase price, so. Also no one ever said there would or wouldn't be any extras, so who knows. The price is essentially the price it was in the MB, really. Because TF generally sells a MB based on one or two main items--the asking price is based on that/those main items, the rest of the stuff you get is essentially extras. If you want another set, I say this is a tremendous deal anyway you look at it.

Greek @vivian along with fatwallet another site to check out is slickdeals.net . They often mirror each other really, although one is better for certain deals than others in my opinion. I tend to look over both, but many favor one over the other it is just personal preference. I tend to lean towards fatwallet (after having originally migrated there long ago from the hot deals at anandtech forum) @greek I like ben's bargains and techbargains best for those consolidated dealy deal listys.
