ooohhhhhh geeze I can't believe I forgot that. I used to love the Archie comics lol almost as much as I liked Peanuts "I reject your reality and substitute my own" - Adam Savage, Mythbusters Flings Flung: 40 total orders- Regular items- 22 Orders, 40 items; MB/AMB- 16 orders, 23 MBs/AMBs; 2 Canceled( 1 voluntary, 1 bad batch of Batteries w/ Chargers) In 9 months of Flings I have already surpassed my purchases of almost 2yrs on that other DOD site where it's nearly impossible to get their mystery 'bag'... lol ~~Jinx

ETA on my last 3 mb is still 2 days away :\
Might have to pass. Still have all the other *items* people have mentioned I have to recycle someplace since the wife won't let me chuck em.
(Then again I could buy some batteries and give away all those lights to the kiddies at Halloween~!)

Although pricier. I really should save my money this week; I think I may pass, especially since there is a wootoff going on anyway. I have seen the Woot site but never purchased anything there. I have heard the term " Woot Off " several times here. Could someone please tell me what a Woot Off is? Thanks

posted this in the $10 MB forum so I will paste it here as well.
ok just recieved my $10 MB and I must say that I feel that I have been shagged even though there wasn't a letter. I will post pictures or state what I received later on keeping everyone surprised. I am much happier with this one compared to my $9.99 MB from before. Thank you TF, much better.
One other thing, it was 1 box with 3 seperate bags in it, as well as a bonus item not in any of the bags.
i would like to pick up atleast 1 of these but am still debating.

I bought one a few months back and will not buy again. The junk is really junk, the few almost useful items (like the generic cheap surge protector/outlet strip) never worked from the beginning, and everything else was even worse. Just as bad as Woots BOC, but more expensive. Edit: The box I ordered was a $19.99 box and obviously I was extremely disappointed. Thats what I've been thinking about the mystery boxes/bags of crap...generally not worth the time waiting for them, nor the money. My opinion on MBs/BOCs is that if you think it's worth the money for the intrigue and the fun of seeing what you'll get you should buy them, and you might even get some cool stuff you can use (or gift). If you're just buying them on the expectation of getting something of real value on the cheap, you're buying for the wrong reasons and should probably skip them. With that attitude, I haven't been that disappointed by a MB yet, as they've all been fun to open and go through. (Although I still have no idea what to do with my gazillion cell phone lights...)

With that attitude, I haven't been that disappointed by a MB yet, as they've all been fun to open and go through. (Although I still have no idea what to do with my gazillion cell phone lights...) I agree, to a point (that point being the craptastic MB with the cell phone lights and PDA keyboards). For the standard TF MB, I've looked at it this way.... If you're the type to go to Vegas and gamble $20 and lose it all, but be happy that you had a great time and yeah, losing hurts but the experience was worth it -- buy a MB. You appreciate the entertainment value. If however, you're pissed because you just KNEW you could turn that $20 into $200, the tables were rigged, etc. etc. etc. and it will serioualy fark up your mood for a long, long time -- skip it. You're looking for a guarantee, and a TF MB aint it. MBs are a gamble (although again, in the case of the MBoCrap I think TF dropped the ball). No guarantees. Look through the products they've listed for sale in the past (by checking the forums) and what people have gotten in the $3.77 and $10 MBs ..... chances are, you'll be getting some of that. I'm still on the fence, I just got my second SMB yesterday, and I've got a $31.99 MB and 3 of the $10 ones on the way (which I think were shagged). I'll probably pass on this one -- I've got enough mystery to last me for awhile

hmmm...the Royal Court suggests not to buy if I already bought all of the previous MB's but..what could be IN this MB..suspense is killing me! I really liked what I've recieved in all my other MB's..and some items I could use another one due to confiscation by other family members leaving me with none...but now..will I get another? something else? Any hints?? This is killing me! Hey Royal Court...We need to have an AMB FlingOff since everyone else is having some sort of "off" from the posts above.. but all AMB's! Now THAT would be different from the rest!

Is anyone having trouble with placing orders with paypal as the selected payment method and coupons not showing in the total when you get to paypals confirmation stage?? My brother said he tried to place an order using paypal but when he got to the paypal site it did not show the coupon credited to the total. He then started over with the same result and now it tells him he can't place an order as it would put him over the limit of orders. Any assistance would be appreciated. He did say he has submitted a help ticket but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask about it here. ~~Jinx "I reject your reality and substitute my own" - Adam Savage, Mythbusters Flings Flung: 40 total orders- Regular items- 22 Orders, 40 items; MB/AMB- 16 orders, 23 MBs/AMBs; 2 Canceled( 1 voluntary, 1 bad batch of Batteries w/ Chargers) In 9 months of Flings I have already surpassed my purchases of almost 2yrs on that other DOD site where it's nearly impossible to get their mystery 'bag'... lol ~~Jinx
