Due a glitch on the thingfling site (a JavaScript error popup), I ended up with five orders pf the HDMI cables, when I only wanted one. I attempted to email support@thingfling.com (the email address on the order acknowledgement), but it was bounced back. I attempted to go to the helpdesk (http://helpdesk.thingfling.com) by pressing the button, but got "Internet Explorer cannot display this webpage" (and the equivalent when I tried Firefox). Even the FAQs and the helpdesk form page don't work (same problem). Does thingfling have any customer support?

They've been having some trouble with the site lately. Try again shortly and see if it works.
They take a while to ship so don't freak out right away. You have time to contact them before they ship it.
