So, I am off work today and need, get this, bread and milk, so I head off to the grocery store... $140 later, I get home, got the bread, but forgot the milk. Brought in all my groceries, started putting them away, and decided to hardboil some eggs. While I was getting the eggs out of the fridge, I saw a package of steak tips, and decided to marinate them for dinner tomorrow night. So, they're in a tupperware container on the counter while the eggs are coming to a boil. Put the roast I bought in the freezer, and saw some chicken breasts I had trimmed and laid on a cookie sheet to freeze individually, so I pulled those out to wrap up in the freezer bags I bought (see, there was another thing I needed that I actually bought!). That cookie sheet is on top of the coffee maker, cuz when I set it there to find the freezer bags, I realized I hadn't rinsed out the coffee pot. Walked by the computer, saw the velcro tie thingies, and sat down to buy those. Ugh... the groceries are still all over my kitchen floor, the eggs are boiling over, the coffee pot is sitting in the sink, and the chicken breasts are defrosting.... Ahhhhhhhhh, TF, what you do to me!! As I write in the forums, and ignore my chores!!

LMAO. I have to go pay rent and write some code and wait for a package and I shouldn't be on here right now.... In fact, if you see me here before 5:00 PST, 8:00 EST, yell at me for not doing what I should be. Thank you!

OK...Off work today...got up at 6 am (habit I guess)...2 cups of coffee later, I decided to start going through all my TF goodies. I have a friend who's dad is a power seller on Ebay and he wants to put up some of my stuff Anyhow...started going through 2 boxes in my room, decided I needed the boxes by the computer. Figured I'd get another coffee, Saw dishes needing washed so I put them in hot water to soak, figuring I'd do them when I'm done with the TF stuff. Back to bedroom, forgot boxes by computer get them and remembered so stuff fell behind my bed. So I start moving out my bed, saw clothes that needed hanging up......IT goes on..... OH..and when I stopped to go to the bathroom...I decided to clean that too...walls, inside med cabinet, etc... The dishes DID NOT get washed, got a BIG pile of stuff on my bed (which will end up on the floor tonight when I go to bed ) , Still didn't get through ALL the TF boxes. OH and did I mention that amid all this, I had to go outside and start cutting up HALF the tree that fell on my son's truck sometime last night?? Heather (my daughter's name too BTW ) YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! 49 Flings Flung and WAAY more to come!Female in case you don't know LMAO

Heather (my daughter's name too BTW ) YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! Well... at least you know where your TF boxes are... I put my shagged one away SOMEWHERE SAFE before the last party I had on Mother's Day, and I have NO FRIGGING IDEA where it went, lol!!! I was off again today - 3 days off this week is killing my budget, no $$ coming in and too much time to shop! I did manage to list a few things on eBay - not a power seller, but once in a while, I do ok, and the breakfast dishes are done! Yesterday's laundry is still not folded though... And a close friend of mine lost a coworker Tuesday, so I'm having a glass of wine in his memory now... so the rest of the day is pretty much shot! How did you ever guess my name??? ... Heather's not too common, which is one of the things I love about it, plus the flowers are so beautiful... Add that to my mile long to do list, plant heather in the back of Heather's house. Someone remind me later to get that done!!

I just realized I lit the gas grill about 45 minutes ago to "warm it up" before throwing the steak tips out on it for dinner... cross your fingers I have enough gas left to cook them. But it's not my fault! I had to do the dishes, and turn the potatoes, and cut up veggies. And then the kids needed help with homework. And pour another glass of wine. Oops, off to the grill!

I had quite a scare when I went out to throw the steak tips on the grill - there must be a little leak where the hose from the gas tank feeds into the grill burner, because I had flames shooting up the bottom of the grill, through the burner, and coming up through where the controls were. Since I'm a stubborn b**** I turned off the worst offending side of the burner, and stood there until my tips were nicely grilled. But, I'm thinking the grill needs to take a little trip to the dump and I need a new grill. I was so afraid that the flames would travel back down the hose to the tank and KABOOM! But, since I'm still here, I'm guessing that didn't happen Seriously, check out the photo of the underside of the grill...
