Same thing here. I'll be testing out the headphones in a few hours on my flight to Florida.

Thanks for a great box TF. If there are any left when i get to Florida, I'll probably pick up another. However, my guess is that now that people know the contents, it won't last long at all.

FedEx has made a secret delivery. Ok well it was not a secret and the truck woke up half the neighborhood, and they did not pick up the four boxes sitting by the front door, but my MB's have arrived. My two MB's were in one box. It weighed 20 pounds. I got two sets of the Philips headphones, very cool. Two of the Historic Thermometers, great for father in law who loves those kinda things. The family health bundle x2 different sets. Another set of generic over the ear phones. A set of generic headphones, nice ones though. Lynksys Wireless G Network adapter for a laptop, do not need but nice to have as a back up. 14 feet of flat ethernet cable. Several night lights and a power strip. Cordless phone surge protector, I need cause my phones keep dying. 2x PS2 controller, I got a Wii but always good for a trade in. 2x CD cases , perfect for DVD's and Wii games (going on vacation tomorrow!). And a very strange moshii pillow with the outline of a sexy female on it. I got the hot dog daddy box I think. And I was not shagged...at least there was no letter! Thanks fling rulers and I can not wait to be flung again!

Congrats on the shag! I got the standard box but the ps2 controller was replaced by four rechargeable AA batteries with charger which I always need. Sweet deal TF!

Ditto ... congrats rj on the shag.
Fedex tracking reports that mine was left at front door signature not requested and I have called them they are supposedly going to contact the driver to find out where it is and call me back. But I hope I get the batteries and charger instead of ps2 controller also. Likewise always need them and don't have a ps2.Laughing

EDIT: Dancing Dancing Fedex supervisor not in uniform found my box and delivered it at about 4:15. I have seen her for every delivery in the last 2 months since my last NIG copmlaint and blow up with fedex. None of these packages have required signature just like todays delivery didn't. I understand that and don't mind that. But they should( and are supposed to) at least come to the door and knock before they leave it "Left at front door, signature service not requested". So for the last 1.5- 2 months she has been delivering them. So I guess today I fell back into the normal rotation/ route and what happens... The driver may have knocked on the door before walking away, we will never know for sure, only the termites know. It was delivered 2 houses away to a Vacant house. but let me stop my tirade against fedex.

The goodies:

1x Philips Noise Canceling Headphones
1x PS2 controller
1x Family Health Software
1x Weather/Thermometer thingie
1x Faux Leather CD wallet

P.S. I do like the headphones, they fit better than my current hphones, but the cordis too short to use them with my pc. Might give them to my nephew or brother they have b-days coming up soon. Dancing

Same here except instead of the PS2 controller I received portable speakers for a mini ipod or mp3. It was so fun to get home and see a box on my step. Thanks much thing fling!

P.S. Congrats to everyone who was shagged. I am hooked and will keep trying.

Well the good news is I was able to try out the headphones on my flight. They sounded pretty good through my Zune and XM radio on Air Tran. A little muddy on the bass, but definitely listenable, and pretty comfortable throughout the 3 hour flight.

The bad news is I put the rest of the MB in my basement before I left. My wife called and said we had 5" of rain in 1 hour this evening, which caused our sump pump to fail, flooding our basement with 6 inches of water. Needless to say, everything on the floor was ruined, including the remainder of this box and many other items from past mystery boxes. I was just pulling together the items I was going to put up at a garage sale next week, and had them all on the floor. At least it looks as if the insurance company will cover the damage. Unfortunately I'm in Florida, and my house is in Wisconsin.

Gonna have some fun when I get home Monday.

Just got my MB and I got Shagged!!!!!Dancing Dancing Dancing Here's what I got (I ordered 2 MB):

2x Phillips Headphones - these are awesome - saw them in the store for $50Applause
2x Storm Thermometers - pretty cool - gonna use this one too.
2x PS2 controllers - I actually have the PS2 so these will come in real handy
1x Family & Kids health software - gotta love software
2x cd cases - most needed with all the cds and dvds I have
1x 100 pack blank DVDs - how did you know I need this? I so needed this and now I don't
have to buy them.Applause Applause Dancing
1x surge protector - I always seem to need these
2x mini surge protectors - perfect for the bathroom
1x wrap around headphones - these will either get used or given as a b-day gift
1x on-the-ear headphones - these are cool. I've used ones like em before when at work
1x home security - still not sure what this is but home security is always a good thingConfused
1x personal alarm - I'll be putting this to good use since I live alone
1x pillow - this will get used too.
1x wireless notebook adapter - always good to have computer supplies around.

I got a note saying I got shagged with a personal note from Ladyfling. Thanks TF and Ladyfling for all the extra goodies! The blank dvd's especially. I've been converting a lot of my family's home videos and am very low on blank dvd's. I don't really have the money to go buy more since I still don't have a job yet so this is perfect.

TF never ceases to amaze me on how well they treat people. I haven't hesitated on getting their mystery boxes and am certainly not going to start now. They are a lot of fun. Angel My family gets in on ordering now since they've seen all the cool things I've gotten in the past.

I'd post some pix but I don't know how to do that.

My box arrived today with the same items as the rest received in the average box. I have to say I am quite pleased. I also received the "we owe you one" gift, and had it immediately snatched from under my nose by an appreciative husband. My fingers are still cramping from trying to keep a hold on the headphones. Smile

I don't know if anyone else has taken the time yet to really read the packaging for the "Family Health" software, but the line "From your skin to your spleen and everywhere in between, The Body reveals the strange and squidgy world within you!" made me giggle. Heck, it's still making me giggle. Not only was there good swag in this mystery box, but entertainment value in just the packaging.

Thanks for keeping me out of the doghouse and in good shape to be allowed more 'surprises' in the future. I now need to go plan how to properly implement my cell phone flashlight bedecked 'I-told-you-so' dance. Bad Grin

*edit to mention my one and only disappointment with this box... I have no food coloring in the house and am dying to get the storm glass set up! Do I actually make a trip to the grocery store just for food coloring....*

Thank you, thank you, ShaggyFling!!!

My box did not arrive before I left town for a mini visit with my sister. I was so excited to return and find THE BOX waiting for me!

I had been reading what everyone else got, and the basic MB seemed very worthwhile, so I was really thrilled to find that I got SHAGGED!

Here's what was in my box:

Philips Noise Cancelling Headphones (excellent!)
Dreamshock Pro PS2 Controller (hmmm...who do I know who has a PS2?)
Historic Storm Glass/Thermometer (haven't opened the box yet...sounds nice.)
Leatherette CD case (handy!)
Family Health Software Bundle (looks interesting!)

AND

Linksys Wireless G Notebook Adaptor with SRX (hope it will work with Windows ME)
Power Sentry Cordless Phone Surge Protector (very useful!)
USB 2.0 4-port Sharing Switch (oh yeah...I need this at school!)
Gemini 80-watt Power Inverter (great gift item!)
Microbead pillow (black with outline of a sexy babe...like trucker mud flaps...must keep away from husband!)

Thanks again...I'm hooked! Bring on the mystery boxes!

Smile

Mine arrived yesterday. Very nice! I got the standard box with the battery charger instead of the PS2 controller.

For those of you who are getting these now. Did you order the 1st or second time this was offered? The one I just got was from the first time it was offered. I ordered another from the 2nd on 06-07 and that one is still processing.
