Got mine the other day I am sorry to all of you who listened when I touted its virtues. The case I received the set in had one hinge broken off and the other severely cracked. I did the usual thing instead of getting on here and venting I submitted a ticket. The response I got was we are out of stock but will send you a 10% off coupon! This was before the were up on the site yesterday which I pointed out that they were listed as upcoming how could they be sold out. The charger and all appear to work fine but the case is useless which was the point of this whole thing portable tool set...hello... Anyway I just wanted an empty case is all so I could give this for Fathers Day. I am very disappointed in this whole ticket process and received no satisfaction at all from thing fling. I have 3 products still due to arrive from them and was seeing lots of things I would love to have the last couple days but I will not buy them after this. Burned once is enough for me!  So much for customer loyalty being rewarded!    My Flings:

What surprises me the most here is that a good number of you received defective chargers. That's not good. I have a Ryobi 18V drill and circular saw. The drill has seen some punishment and it's wearing out the chuck. As for the Ryobi saw, it's a power sucking pig. I'm not very happy with it, but saws draw a lot of amps to run well and the battery can't really cut it. By the way, I can't remember how to change my personal quote or avatar. I ordered 2 of these. Both of the hinges were cracked off. Didn't check the chargers or anything else yet.

I bought (3) coleman cordless drills off another site, and the seller stated that they were as is. I paid $25 with shipping for all 3, and I thought since I like to tinker, that I should be able to get them work. I found that all 3 work perfect, but none of the chargers worked. I went online looking to order a new coleman charger and from what I see coleman no longer sells drill or supports them. I couldn't even find any specs as to what the charger should be. After searching my box of AC brick adapters I found one that charges the battery fine. So I guess keep that in mind that additional parts and/or batteries are going to be hard to come by.

 got my drills both cases are broken ( latch and hinge) but all else is fine and charges was going to list them but list is way too long now!!!!

I had the same issue the tools work great just the case was broken when they still had these listed as upcoming too so I asked if they could just send a case, no point in sending back the whole thing it charged. They offered me a 10% off coupon if I said it was ok to said me one. What's 10 % off gonna do? I read on here all the time how generous and caring the Royal court is but I guess in this case they are taking a blind eye to their peasants misery!!!!  Dracovon seems to have double the problem I have that's a lot of homeless tools, a least hook him up with something geesh!!!! My Flings:
