In one of the mystery boxes a few weeks ago, most people got a pillow, along with all the other standard stuff. Some other stuff I had ordered came in the box with my Mystery Box stuff, and I did not get a pillow. I noted that in my post here in the what did you get forum, but was not worried about it and never gave it another thought. I did not open a Ticket about it or anything like that. Today when my husband came in he had an envelope from ThingFling in his hands, and inside was a pillow with a 4 leaf clover on it and the word Lucky underneath. I AM Lucky to have found ThingFling! They really keep up with their customers, and go the extra yard to take care of us. Thanks, ThingFling, for the pillow and all the fun! Melody

It is nice to see more of these ThingFling acts of customer appreciation being heard of. There are so many Deal of the Day type sites that not only seem to care less about you but that treat you like you are a wallet to be opened when needed and ignored the rest of the time. I have been trying to deal with every DoD site I come across at least 2 times so that if I am happy or unhappy the first time, I can see if it was just a fluke. The surprising thing is the amount of sites out there that will show you how little they think of you right from the start. Enough of my rambling for now. I was just glad to see that there are other people out there that have been enoying their dealings with TF. Have a good one everyone.

NICE!!! TF is really going out of their way to TRY to keep us happy!1 I like that in a company! I've only had to open 1 ticket since I joined and I got such fast response, I was really surprised! WAY TO GO ROYAL COURT!! BTW...still witing on that man...hint hint 49 Flings Flung and WAAY more to come!Female in case you don't know LMAO

I havent been here long, but i enjoy this site. they have been very nice with the mystery boxes i have bought. I know some don't like what they receive, but when you buy a mystery ,,,, thats what you get. thank you for what i have been sent and i have nothing but good feelings and thoughts for all the court and fellow flingers... thank you again love to all, donna

I had to open one for each of my last three orders where the tracking showed combined orders but items were missing each time. And once for a non-working scale. Also, for my malfunctioning coupons...I keep getting errors and three times missed purchasing because of them. I chalk it down to mistakes happen! Congrats on the pillow gift! Way to go TF!
