Well, nothing much this weekend. We had someone...we think kids...break our window Friday night. I was sleeping, hubby was watching tv in bed, and he heard voices. He thought it was the kids talking in their sleep so he just ignored it. Next thing we know, there is a LOUD BANG and shattering glass. Hubby jumps up and looks out the window and then runs outside. He couldn't find who did it, but they shattered our storm window glass. We don't know if they were trying to break in, which really doesn't make sense because you can clearly see that the TV was on in that room, and it would have been smarter to do a window further away from the street. So we spent 10 minutes waiting on the police to finally show up...and all they do is take a report, then wait an hour for the detective to show up and take a picture. They didn't look around for anyone or anything. They did tell us to get a gun, and if it happens again, even if we go outside, we are within our rights to shoot them. They were trying to break in our house.
So that was our excitement this weekend. Last night we went to my brother in law's house and played their Wii and watched the hot air balloons take off from Freedom Weekend Aloft here in SC. (they live right around the corner from it, so we just sat on their porch).
Um..then today we changed our kitchen and hallway lights with the lights we bought about 5 months ago, but never got around to changing them.
Fun fun...kids go back to school tomorrow, but I have to be at the school all week for end of the year stuff. volunteer mommy!

I think by Ho, you meant Jo, so here I Go:

Thursday: Saw Indiana Jones. Regretted it because it messed up every memory I had of Indiana Jones as a child. Ate Shabu Shabu for dinner.

Friday: Went to work, left early. Ate Wing Stop for dinner. Went to friend's house and played video games until 8AM. Slept in a tent in his backyard.

Saturday: Slept. Barbecued Bratwurst. Set up a bonfire. Made s'mores. Camped in the backyard again.

Sunday: Barbecued Carne Asada. Then ate at Legends. Worked on cars all day into the night. Race cars. Like an exotic 4dr Right-hand drive Nissan Skyline GT-R.

Monday: Barbecue and pool party for friends and family. Ate like a KING. Got WASTED off several bottles of Grey Goose, Belvedere and Ketel One.

And here is the link to all my photos on Flickr:

Very Happy

Beautiful flowers. I went to the granite yards on Sat, picked up some slate for my backsplash in the kitchen(the guys there kept asking my husband if the customer was happy...thought he was my contractor lol!), ate great at a place in Little Hong Kong of the valleys Smile (my nickname, not a real name)all you can eat sea food asian style. Sunday I took the coupe for a spin with the sunroof open, shopping and stuff. Monday went to S.D. and checked out some friends . Where the heck did time go?

Amazing flowers. If they were native in my area, I might want to grow them myself.
