Joe!! Welcome aboard, matey! You're going to love it here! I'm a newbie myself, and... ...wait a minute. This joe you speak of. He's quite handsome Sorry, everyone, I've been so preoccupied these past few days, I have yet to show you all that I'm willing to live up to my word. I've taken a couple days off of work because I've been sick, and haven't really gotten around to internetting very much. I was curious to see what the AMB was, so I checked in for that. BUT, without further ado, HERE I AM! Thanks so much for this awesome thread! I feel... well, honored, to say the least!! Now if only I can get my rank up there to at least a Royal Flinger. Give me two weeks Okay, maybe like 6 months. But I WILL get there. Thanks all, Joe Thing Fling Purchases: 1. Bluetooth Stereo Receiver 2 & 3. $12 Mystery Bag 4. Digital Body Fat/Hydration Monitor Scale 5. Leftover Mystery Box Part IV

scaredwitless wrote:Joe, I speak for all I am sure, when I say welcome to Everything Else Ville, however know that you must first endure the coveted secret rites of passage before you may fully walk amongst us. FIRSTLY you must eat the special brownies, they may be Fhener's or they may be the cat litter special.. One never knows. And secondly you must perform a duet ballad with Aacks, Fhener will furnish you with the lyrics, do not worry. and thirdly and most important, you must commit to memory that no matter WHAT Ava says, her TRUE age is actually 26, and yes indeedy that means she has a daughter 1 year older than she. Memorize some pet names, know your flings of ye royal court, and you will do most fine. So as a semi-regular, what would I be if I were to let this post pass without commenting? So to you, scaredwitless, my response: Bring on the brownies. I've had an assortment of brownies in my lifetime, some of which inlcude pasta brownies, meatloaf brownies, tri-tip steak brownies and your conventional chocolate brownies. I tend to eat some crazy concoctions every once in a while. Don't believe me? Check this out: Eating a Turkey Meatloaf Sandwich: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cmvv89bYHCo
there MAY be profanity, I can't remember, to be honest And secondly, a duet ballad? Well, that's quite funny, as my friends call me the KaraoKing. Make it a POWER ballad, and you got yourself a deal. Thirdly, I could have sworn that Ava was 25... Sorry for my mistake, I must've missed the 26th birthday. Well, Ava, I'm 26, as well. Which means we should hang out. I'm available on the third Thursday of every month between the hours of 3PM - 3:37PM. PM me for hangout locations And now I walk the passageway to the Flingdom. I humble myself before the Royal Court, and I am here at your disposal. Do with me as you wish. With that said, let's shop! Joe Thing Fling Purchases: 1. Nice video Joe. I lost a friend in Iraq just before Christmas 2004. He was only 22 years old. We were in a band together, played in clubs in the D.C. area. It's easy for people to forget what's going on over there, since most people don't agree with the war anyway. They forget that those young guys don't have a choice.
Anyway, nice video.

That is an awesome video Joe - thanks for sharing. I had a friend who was in Desert Storm and was in the war with Iraq. He was just fine when he joined the Marine Corps and went to Iraq, but he was never the same after he returned. His health was bad, and his mental stability was even worse. Lots of nightmares and demons followed him everywhere. One night last summer, he was driving towards downtown Dallas - nobody knows where he was headed. His tire blew out. He had a cell phone with him, so he could have called for help, but I guess that was the last straw. So, he got back in his car, and took his own life with a .44 caliber. He is now buried at the DFW National Cemetery, and was buried with full military honors. My point? Even after our boys and girls come home, they still need love.....lots of love....and praise for what they are doing to maintain our freedom.....
