Just pay the shipping and handling How many of you get up in the middle of the night, walk down the hallway and stub your toe; bang into the wall; trip on toys or clothes on the floor. I don't know about you, but I'm mad as "hack"and I'm not going to take it any move. How you may ask? Why with the GE electroluminescent Night light. But wait a minute, not one, but six! You could place them in all your hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. This energy efficient night light operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using just pennies worth of electricity per year. The technology uses a space-age lighting material that is cool to the touch, and there are no bulbs to replace. It provides a bright and uniform light across its entire surface and is easy on the eyes. It can be easily packed for trips away from home. Go to your local supermarket and hardware store and they sell them for as much as $5.99 each! I actually saw one on line for $9.99. Very scary. Well, we send you a box of 6 for free - just pay the shipping and handling. That comes out to a buck a light. Can't be that with a stick!

If they allow it you should be able to get 2 orders for $10 36 order #'s to date 1 helpdesk ticket waiting for the shipment 3 helpdesk tickets submitted and resolved WARNING: Flinging (Thing) is extremely dangerous to your cash flow (but extremely fun) Extremely addictive too!

lozulueta wrote:If they allow it you should be able to get 2 orders for $10 They do. A total of 2 orders are allowed with shipping only $4 the second time if it is your second order of the day. These things seem to be clogging up the TF servers. Took forever for my order to load, and later coming back here got an error from trying to refresh the page! Remember, at Thing Fling it's not a deal --------- It's a steal!! The face of the lights may vary. "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then flingest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it." -Thing Fling's Cable AMB review -How to choose an HDTV (A Step by Step guide)

I'm assuming that in order to fling 2, 2 orders must be placed. I flung one for $6, then tried to fling another, and it came up $4. 6 for $6 was a fantastic deal, making the 12 for $10 deal even more appealing. Great to take on vacation, if you happen to be renting a house, like we do. Thanks Thing Fling!
But wait, fling a third for $0? Is there some TF law that if the item is free, we may only fling one? Inquiring minds want to know...

Doh! I was going to take a gamble by hoping these lasted the full listing time and didn't sell out, so I could order after midnight to keep my shipping status for tomorrow in case there was anything I wanted. But reading Debs revelation I decided to go for it.. ordered one.. ordered two..... TRIED to order the third, but NOPE it limits you to the two orders. Ah well, still a great deal!

Since you said that it would let us place 3 orders, I went ahead and bought some, planning on getting 18 for $10. The first 2 orders went just fine, but the 3rd time I tried, I got an error message saying that ordering was not allowed since it would put me over the limit. TF - Since you guys are placing limits on items, you need to let us know what the limits are!! Since debs has been here a while, I am guessing that she was able to order 3, then you guys saw her message and changed the limit. I am not happy that I am only able to place 2 orders while other people were able to place 3. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends? I originally tried to fling a third, and it would've let me. I'm not upset that I'm getting 2 sets for $10. If they decided to only allow 1, I still wouldn't be upset, since it's still a great deal. My apologies for opening up a can of worms; it wasn't my intention!!!

Agreed most vehemently, Aacs. It doesn't bother me as much that they have decided to go this route (and seem to be sticking to their guns) (ALTHOUGH it does impact my flinging habit, as I have barely been purchasing anything since the change)--what really doesn't sit right with me is that they are not upfront about the reasons for the change. We are observant and intelligent enough to decipher the obvious benefits TF is reaping from the new system, but they still hide somewhat behind their original guise that they are doing us a favor by making multiple flings/orders cheaper. TF I implore you if you are dead set on this system, lay it out like it is. Have it tell us up front how many quantities we can make per order, and tell us up front how many orders total are allowed.
