Strange. Mine is a little light.
9.0lbs.... Perhaps I got unshagged?.. reverse shagged?.. I shagged them?.. or they replaced the normal junk with 9lbs of awesomeness.

Either way, I'm excited.

Mine's going out today - 10 lbs .. d'oh! After the 6 MB's that I ordered, I'm giving TF this final chance at redemption d'oh! ..... It doesn't look like I got shagged Sad but let's see what I get.

got mine today and I'm done.

there is only one thing of value - the battery charger. and this has been on TF before, if I'm not mistaken. This was supposed to be left over mb stuff - and the original mb was to have items that had not been seen before.

.. the mp3 armband can be found in any the dollar store

the linksys storage connector isn't worth anything - This is 4 year old technology that requires a network for connectivity, which is definitely not something that most folks have at home. This can't even be used as a usb hub (which only costs about $10)

btw ... cnet reviewed it on way back on: 08/13/2004! Even then it was not well thought of .. it insists on formatting any drive connected to it and it is 'as slow as molasses and is a poor solution. Not something I would ever buy - even for a buck or two. Here's the review if you care to read it:

http://reviews.cnet.com/network-storage/linksys-nslu2-network-storage/4505-3382_7-30733762.html

NEXT ..

... the backpack is screaming purple and will never see the light of day -- even my 3 year old daughter thought it was ugly.

... cd wallet and photo album that I got in a mystery box before -- ugly thing (even if it has cats on it)

... 2 window alarms that you get for free in the mail as promotions by alarm companies.

... a hand held shower nozzle that you see for about $10 at CVS (will never replace my shower massage)

... the beer can turkey thing .. may be useful but would never pay more than a buck for it.

THIS IS WHAT I GOT FOR $60 ????????

What a disgrace ... so now I've spent $60 on 6 MB's that totally sucked and everyone agrees were not worth anything ..... and now I give TF another chance to prove to me their business is here to stay and they want to satisfy their customers.

You know what they say -- fool me once - shame on you --- fool me twice -- shame on me ... I'm DEEPLY ASHAMED.

ThingFling ... YOU BLEW IT BIG TIME ... I GAVE YOU A CHANCE TO 'MAKE UP' FOR THE MB FIASCO and you just pissed it away.

That's pretty funny really, I guess I was a little vague ... your right most thermometers are wireless aren't they? ... this one has a wireless sensor that goes outside and a display you can locate anywhere inside...

The Infamous THINGFLING Mystery Box- $9.99 (x6) - even less
The Monster Cable Mystery Box - not bad
Leftover Mystery Box Part III - Happy
Wireless Presenter and Laser Pointer (no Mystery here) - can't beat the price
12 TRUVIEW UV3 – SUNGLASSES - Just in tome for summer
Leftover Mystery Box Part IV - Can't beat the anticipation for MB
Wireless Optical Mouse with Built-In Numeric Keypad (x2) - Why not? I already missed the AMB today

Umm, I think by left over they meant left over stuff that they sold and didnt sell out...not left-overs from the stuff you have never seen before MB...

I thought that they meant the left overs that were not sold at my local automobile dealership. Does this mean that I am not getting that new Nitro in my 10lb box today??????? Well there goes that!!!

Mine finally shipped and shows Thursday delivery. It's 22.1 pounds but also has my universal remote, altec lansing speakers and a monster battery charger included. We'll see....

If the only opinions that matter are everyone else's, do you ever really have one of your own?

Ok, lets see if I can drag the list of goodies back to this thread where it belongs Wink

Looks like I got shagged too! Weee! So, color me wrong about later boxes being shagging boxes. Based on the listed items that have been posted, looks like there were a lot of mini-shags this time around.

I got:

Beer can turkey thing
Anima picture frame with sound
Maxell DVD repair kit
4 leaf clover shamrock microbead pillow
Linksys network hard drive
FAUX leather cd case
Digital 15 min Battery Charger
MP3 case with speaker
Phillips low-rez webcam
Universal MP3 case
Phillips camera shell (black)
Therashower head

The excruciating magnitude of your philosophical confabulations are simply too voluminous for the diminuity of my comprehension.
