Shame on you She's not "smoking" anything.... but, it does appear as though she may have gotten ahold of my "special" Bad Grin brownies!

Not quite done reading it....but wow...great book. Took me a while to get into it, as it's not a vampire book, but it's REALLY good, if anyone is looking for a book to read. Very science fiction, but great.

Are you done yet? Was it good? Should I go hit up BN or Borders or the library?
(thanks)

Hello I just wanted to correct your flagrant obvious mistype, I believe you meant: Very science fiction, -and- great.

Very Happy

I'm not done yet...about half way through. With my son getting poison ivy this week, I've been put back on reading a lot. But so far it's GREAT. A definite buy. It all depends on if you prefer to buy your books or rent them. Our library doesn't allow renewals at all, so I prefer to purchase books rather then borrow them. With 2 kids, It takes me a while to read things.

Laughing I am not a normal Science fiction fan. I love vampire and werewolf novels, but when it comes to aliens taking over humans, I kind of draw the line. But it's still really really good.

I think I remember your son getting poison ivy like a month ago... Does he go out looking for the three leafed vines so he can roll around on them? Or was that someone else's son?

Laughing Laughing Laughing I swear he does! Yes...he had it about 3 weeks ago on his leg. Then last weekend he woke up with a rash on his neck, and the next day, his eye was swollen shut. Poor kid had it all around his eye, down his face, around his mouth and ALL OVER his neck. The doctor thinks he got sunburn also and the sunburn made his skin very sensitive. He's been on steroids all week and only going to school half day because he was so miserable.
