I am here though. hey vee..if you need to talk,I'm here for you. I've been dealing with a lot of depression over the last year or so. Seems like it's getting worse then better lately. Hubby thinks I can just snap out of it...but it's a lot harder then that. Can I borrow your cape and spandex so I can disappear too? Sorry to say I get that. Some times talking to another sufferer helps. Maybe realizing that you are not alone in the darkness is the answer. BLESSED ARE THE CRACKED FOR THEY ARE THE ONES WHO LET IN THE LIGHT!

Some times talking to another sufferer helps. Maybe realizing that you are not alone in the darkness is the answer. perhaps. I've lost so much weight everyone around me is starting to comment. I think I'm down 20 lbs right now. I was about 145/150. Now I'm MAYBE 125. But I don't know anyone else that is going through what I've gone through. And sometimes it just feels like I'm crying for attention. But it's not that. I just want someone to talk to through it all. Maybe that will help you, vee.

I have used it and it works for the most part. The pain is reduced to the point where you at least feel alive. I have also used to some results a Migraine/Eye thing I bought at Aldi's. It is weighted with some thing that stays warm for quite a while after about 45 to 60 seconds in the microwave. I don't know what is in it, but especially when used with a dark room seems to work quite well. Just suggestions. Good luck. BLESSED ARE THE CRACKED FOR THEY ARE THE ONES WHO LET IN THE LIGHT!

Will have to send the hubby out to get some. OK none of that sounded right.. lol. I'm not sending my hubby out for head.... just some migraine stuff. lol.
