Hey remixer, I thought the whole 'Conversion Instruction Manual' was awesome But then again it is similar to things I have been doing since I was about 10. Now I am not an Electrical Engineer. But, I was a Journeyman Electrician before I decided to give up construction( rather was forced to for medical reasons). Anyway thru your whole process I was thinking 'Yeah I could easily do that.' Even have the tools actually within arms reach or at least within 15 feet of me. BRAVO Very entertaining. But for the viewers at home... DISCLAIMER: I do NOT encourage, promote, endorse or condone the afore mentioned activities. ThingFling has not endorsed any of these activities or statements made by me. These things should only be attempted by trained licensed individuals. Don't try this at home~~Jinx "I reject your reality and substitute my own" - Adam Savage, Mythbusters Flings Flung: 40 total orders- Regular items- 22 Orders, 40 items; MB/AMB- 16 orders, 23 MBs/AMBs; 2 Canceled( 1 voluntary, 1 bad batch of Batteries w/ Chargers) In 9 months of Flings I have already surpassed my purchases of almost 2yrs on that other DOD site where it's nearly impossible to get their mystery 'bag'... lol ~~Jinx

I'm trying to figure out a way to attach the cell phone light to the inside of my purse, to give some nice light when I'm digging around in there at night. Not like that will interest you electricians, but I wanted to add some to the "making lemonade out of lemons"!

OH and I have actually owned( and still do) very similar portable CD trays/cases and I still use them. Only difference is that the ones I already owned have a tan exterior case. ~~Jinx "I reject your reality and substitute my own" - Adam Savage, Mythbusters Flings Flung: 40 total orders- Regular items- 22 Orders, 40 items; MB/AMB- 16 orders, 23 MBs/AMBs; 2 Canceled( 1 voluntary, 1 bad batch of Batteries w/ Chargers) In 9 months of Flings I have already surpassed my purchases of almost 2yrs on that other DOD site where it's nearly impossible to get their mystery 'bag'... lol ~~Jinx

I removed my CD storage, and figured out I can place 4-5 DVD's in the slots. I guess I could put it under my entertainment unit and plug my tv/dvd/vcr etc into it. First fling: The Infamous THINGFLING Mystery Box (x6) 2nd fling: The Infamous THINGFLING Mystery Box (x3) 3rd fling: 2 Pack of USB 2.0 Auto Sharing Switches (x3) 4th fling: Set of 4 - 2.5 mm headsets 5th fling: 24 pack Cool Downz (x3) 6th fling: Leftover Mystery Box Part IV
