I seem to be having problems with thingfling too. I order 2 items from thingfling on the 8th of Dec, got one item on the 19th with a different person's name on it. I emailed thingfling and was provided with tracking for both of my items, so I check with DHL and it appears the orders has been switched, someone in VA got 2 of my items, while here I am in CA with only 1 item. I have emailed thingfling again explaining my situation, and got no reply, so then a few days ago I emailed them again and I am still here with no answer and one missing item. I am probably going to wait another day or two and if I still don't get a reply from them I will probaby call my credit card company up and let them deal with it since I have buyer's protection with that card.

I would be upset myself. But, in the king's defense, the holidays are when online sites get hit the hardest!
Also, it gets compounded when sites like Thing Fling offer great items in limited quantities.

Why does someone get on a line for 20 + hours out in the cold, is number 823 in line for an item the store has 5 to sell?

beats me! That is why I come to sites like Thing Fling. I can sit back, drink a cold one & only hope I don't miss anything when I go take a pit stop! Smile

Hello King of Fling, I am posting here in hopes of a response.
I have emailed you numerouse times from various emails, and received no reply!
I have even included my phone # in the last two emails.
I ordered 1 Monster power mystery box from you. I received no emails from you at all.
Fortunately I did get an email from DHL saying they were shipping the item.
I did receive 1 box from you. Via DHL, as expected.

HOWEVER, YOU CHARGED MY PAYPAL FOR 2! ITEMS! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
Contact me asap or I will be reporting you to the proper authorities!
I've given you plenty of time and notice to rectify this issue.
This no longer appears to be a mistake or oversight, but rather intentional theft!

We do not charfe your paypal acoount. You have to authorize it. I will look into it this morning and if you got charged twice but shipped only once I will see to it that a credit is issued.

Ive ordered a bunch of stuff and loved it all. It's gotten to me within a reasonable timeframe. I'm advertising thingfling on myspace, pokerstars and facebook. Smile
My wife is getting pissed at all the crap piling up.

I ordered 10 flashlights. One did not work. I have emailed about this problem 3 times, once with my phone #. I have received NO response over 2 weeks.

My first Mystery box was an almost flawless purchase. It took forever to get here, but I got it from DHL. The address was correct. Never sent any where else. So a positive point for Thing Fling.

With that being said. I have ordered two more items, which I am waiting for arrival. The Ipod mystery box, and the psp stuff. Let's just hope they come without problems. I have not received any confirmation in my e-mail. Is that up and running now?

I want to see this site survive and succeed.

Mr. King of fling.... can I get my free registering gift???

UPDATE:
As kingoffling replied after I posted my problem, he had resolved it and credit me back for both items. Thanks! I think I'll be okay to shop here again since customer service is really good at resolving problems. Let's see what I can get from wacky wednesday today Very Happy

Finally got my headphones and my money refunded. I appreciate thingfling for fixing this, but It was too much of a hassle to try it again.

Can you please let me know whats up with

I was told that there was going to be a tracer put on it and i have emailed thing@thingfling.com 3 times and still no responce on the status. I was very please with the two mystery box's i ordered at 60 bucks each but this order 1437 has not went so smootly, i know you guys are extreamly busy over there so thats prob. why i havent recieved a responce from you yet. please let me know when you can.
