So maybe you have an older TV set and there`s no way to connect the DVD/VCR, game console and say, a stereo tuner at the same time. Every time you want to use one device or another is just a chore, with all those messy cables and the plug/unplug thing. Well, no more! With the I-tec audio & video selector you can connect up to 3 components (ex: Game console, TV, VCR, DVD player, Tuners, etc) and easily switch without ever having to disconnect and reconnect different cables depending on the use. This selector uses standard AV or AV & S-Video Cables to make the connection simple and easy. 1 AV & S-Video Cable is included in this package. A simple, effective and affordable solution to a nagging problem. Similar products retails is around $15.00 plus shipping. THING FLING only $3.99.

So, Does this thing have 4 inputs and 1 output, each having 3 RCA and one S-Video port?

erg, I guess 3 inputs... although it says hook up 4 components (I guess it includes the TV)
Still seems like a good deal...

Does anyone have one of these yet?
My son has an older TV that doesn't have all the red, yellow, green or what ever other colors there are jacks on it..just the regular cable wire hook up jack thing. He can't hook up the DVD I gave him to it because the DVD doesn't have the cable jack thing, just the other colored wires..he said he needs to get something but I forgot what it is. Is this what he needs? If not..what does he need? I'm guessing something where you plug in the colored wires and have a regular cable out on the other end??

I suspect this won't work for your son. When I finally got a DVD player - it would have cost about $100 for an adapter setup - coax on the antenna. This only has S-Video and the colored cables. So I'm not sure but I don't think this solves your problem. I ended up replacing my 20 yr old TV....
I just flung this because I can hook it up and not have to move the TV ecvery time the kids hook up the Wii (lives in 2 houses). I think I can also use it w/ the DVR that doesn't work w/ cable. As cheap as an extra cable and more useful.

Perfect timing! I just got a TV that JUST BARELY fits into a bookshelf - needless to say, its a nightmare anytime I have to disconnect/reconnect anything to the back...basically have to take the TV completely off the shelf to get to it. NO MORE! Thanks TF! Keep it up with the awesome items!

I'm going to use this as a S-Video Extension cord. Also the L-R audio plus the video input/output you can use as a component video input/output.

What you need is an RF modulator. You can usually find them for around $10 at Big Lots. I found mine for about $1 at a local thrift shop, if you feel like hunting for a bargain, now that you know what it's called. "A boat's a boat, but the mystery box could be anything. Yeah, that or a an old VCR with composite or s-video inputs should also do nicely. Ava guess he might have already taken care of this by now, but if he hooked up an old VCR connected to the TV via coax, and then plugged the DVD player into the inputs on the VCR, that would work as well.

Darn, missed it. Could actually use one of these (so I can run audio to tv or to stereo system). Oh well, I guess this will come back again.
