If you sent an email to them via a help ticket, they will get back to you.
If you haven't sent a ticket.....click on the help desk at the top of the page and send them a ticket with all the info. I'm sure they will respond.

You said in another thread that your envelope was open. Have you contacted your mailman or post office? It's strange that your mailman would deliver it like that, maybe they didn't notice or maybe he/she made a note of it. I have gotten envelopes ripped and torn before, but all my contents were still in it. They must have some policy for that.
Good luck.

When I sent a ticket thru help desk, I never got a response saying they got my ticket. However, I did get an email within a week that had a tracking number for my replacement package. So, you might have to be a little patient.

I work for the post office and just as per what our guidelines are if we recieve any parcel and envelope or even magazine cover missing content we are to still deliver it as long as we know where it goes. That way our customers are aware of a package coming for them and can follow up with the company to figure out whats going on.

I ordered a 99cent item almost a month ago, TF said it would send it with my other fling. My other fling came, the mystery item didn't. So they apologized and said they'd send me another one. They did send it, but I never received it. The tracking on USPS never changed from "info received". I think it's lost. E-mailed them twice, nothing back.

I ordered an anniversary AMB, so did my girlfriend. She got it and I never did. Tracking on USPS is sitll the same "info received". Probably lost again?

Well that's it for me Thingfling, great company but if you're too cheap to hire enough people to answer e-mails, then forget it.

Good luck with business, I'm out.

Peace

I contact ThingFling through pm but no reply. Sent help desk ticket and no reply or
email confirmation that I sent the ticket.

Now wondering where is my package? They sent me an automatic email that it is shipped but no tracking number nor which company they use to ship it. I ask to ship it to another state but they sent me an email stating they sent it to my billing address.

Help ticket replies take a while. It's hard to be patient, I know I've been there.

Check under my account and then click on the order # and it should have your tracking # and carrier.

They only ship to the billing address....this has always been their policy.

Hope it's helped having a few answers to your questions. Good Luck.

My flings have arrived in a timely manner, however one item was damaged. I have tried contacting TF several times over the past few weeks and have yet to hear from them. The problem I have is that they are next to impossible to deal with. I included my phone number, so they could at least call me. I don't have some lame general question, I have a question regarding not getting the coupon code for the anniversary mystery box and for receiving damaged goods (the envelope was not tampered with, but the item itself did look tampered with). Thing Fling will not get anymore of my money. I will also advise my friends, who like the deal of the day sites as much as me, not to buy from TF. The customer service is horrible.

I've been doing business with these guys for almost a year - having purchased over 10 items thru them... on one occasion, one of the items they sent me was defective so I had to contact customer service - they were prompt with their response - full refund and even sent me another item as an apology because the item I had originally purchased was no longer available, and the item was sent free of charge - pretty much a gift.

Thing Fling Rocks!!! the only thing that sucks is that I always seem to miss the Mystery Boxes/bags... I gotta time my purchases right...

More power to you TF! Applause

AH...so instead of contacting them again or checking your spam filter...you're going to tell everyone that thingfling sucks?

that's sure gonna help your situation

what's your ticket number?

Don't have one? Then did you try to open a new help ticket?

39 flings as of 7-4-08 and counting

Hey, I am assuming that you all paid via PayPal or credit card, both of which have protections for orders. Before really knocking, try those avenues as well. I had an issue a few months back with two orders (lost in the system, and my PayPal acct was charged). By submitting a ticket (as noted before) and challenging the payment, I received a full refund and a little something for my troubles. TF has been fair, just maybe a bit slow at times.

I have to say that I disagree; TF has excellent customer service. They accidentally sent me two pillow of the incorrect type (There were 20 types, so it was totally understandable). So I just made a ticket, they responded via email within 24 hours, and sent me my correct order. They even let me keep the wrong order items as a gift for the mix-up. That type of service is what makes TF so awesome.Cool

I've never had an issue w/TF. I've worked in CS before and sometimes you just get flooded with email and calls. I read on another thread that their CS is only open M-F 9-5. So you may need to sit on you hands for bit and be patient. I'm sure there are hundreds of emails infront of yours.

That's not the number that I have, but maybe they have more than one number.

I would say use the helpdesk - they will get back with you, but it may take up to a week, depending on how many emails they have received lately. If you are not that patient, then send a PM to one of the TF crew members that you see posting here in the forums frequently. Since they have not listed their phone number on the site, I would stick with the helpdesk and/or PM's - you will probably get a more pleasant response.

Actually, Paypal can only help if you didn't receive the item. They wont do anything if it is not as described or damaged. They only protect ebay purchases for "not as described" or "damaged" items. I just went through that when I got royally ripped off by a site called Deadly Deals.

I received my AMB Mystery Package and it was opened. It contained a 3 pack of super glue and a keychain. I don't know if there was supposed to be anything else in there or not. I can't say I'm disappointed with this. I really didn't expect it to be much at that price.
