At least you guys are getting all the emails from TF. I am only getting shipping confirmation emails. No order confirmation, help desk communications, or newsletters (yes my account says to send me newsletters).

We have found a problem with the outbound emails and they are now (10/31/07 - 2:20pm) fixed.
We are looking into the "get tickets" problem on the Help Desk.
