How would you like it if Thing Fling offered $0.99 items everyday, starting today?
These items would show up randomly, in limited and varied quantities and would be available from 10 to 30 minutes every time. In the morning or afternoon or at night. Sometimes only once in a day, sometimes 3 or 5 or….
We’ll call this item a "Mystery Item" and the unique guarantee is the price: $0.99!!
Take a look and be prepared to fling yours! It’ll be fun!!
Tell us what you think and if you'll get one!

Sounds fun. Would these items be worth much more than 99 cents in traditional Thing Fling fashion? "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then flingest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."# of Flings: Well, there was the one with Angelina . . .

What did you guys get? Are you serious??? This is from the About Us Page ThingFling.com is a division of one of the leading electronics closeouts buyers and distributors in the surplus electronics business who has been in the business of buying inventory from overstocked warehouses since 1990. Our history of finding the best deals on major manufacturers' stock overruns, or other suppliers' overstock, and selling at lower than wholesale prices, is known to many in our industry. Most of our stock consists of computer, telephone accessories, cellular and audio/video products as well as software, peripherals, pointing devices, multimedia and home theater components. We have brand names like Samsung, Philips, Magnavox, Lance, RCA, Palm, GE, Quartet, Altec Lansing, GBC, Motorola, Acoustic Research and many more !!! Keep in mind that we are constantly searching for the best electronics closeout deals we can find. Also, we sometimes come across great deals on items that are not related to electronics so don't be surprised if you see anything "unusual" at ThingFling.com! So I do hope you are kidding as if they are sending out Dental Floss... I will pass! 5 Flings so far!! WooHoo!!Why have I got this in my Siggy ... BECAUSE I CAN!!!

Well I guess it is a mystery huh!! They have sold some interesting things in the past. They did sell dental care items, tools, cool downs and clip on visors to name a few. "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. TF does mainly sell electronics, but they occasionally do get non-electronic closeout items. Dentek dental products (floss, tongue scrapers, mouthwash, etc), Baby Bouquet Kit, Grip twists, Cool Downz and Nike socks are all non-electronic items they have sold before. There have even been some Britney Spears folders that have shown up in mystery boxes. I am guessing that there will be quite a few people who get Dentek or Nike socks as their $.99 items, since I don't think those sold too well. However, I would bet there are going to be lots of people getting some great electronic related items for $.99 as well. ThingFling is still a fairly new company. They will be celebrating their first birthday in a little over a week. They have learned many lessons along the way, but have always made things right with their customers. For example there was the $11.99 mystery bag. Most of the people were happy with what they got, but there were several people who were not. What did ThingFling do? They refunded $5 (back to the cc - not site credit) to everybody who ordered at least one. It didn't matter if you were one of the people who was happy with your Mystery Bag or if you were one of the unhappy customers, TF refunded $5 to everybody! Other sites (1luckyday, Midnightbox) would never think of doing something like that when their customers have complaints. Instead they kick their customers out of their forums, delete posts, or just plain ignore their customers. ThingFling listens to their customers, lets us say whatever we want to, and in general they will do whatever it takes to keep us happy. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends? Circle of Friends is a social mentoring program based in schools pairing students with special needs with their regular education peers. It will change your kid's life in a positive way! Go to: www.buildingthecircle.org to learn more. What is Y.E.S.S.? Find out here: www.arc-sedgwickcounty.org/YESS.htmlDid you know that 1 in every 150 children in America has an autism spectrum disorder?Visit www.autismspeaks.org for more info on autism.
