They follow the lines like Mr.MaGoo.
In fact, most of the stuff I've purchased from ThingFling is junk.
Buy from a reputable seller. really? I, and many others, have just the opposite experience... what exactly did you purchase that was "junk", and why did you buy it if it was "junk"? 39 flings as of 7-4-08 and counting

I bought these and I was totally disappointed. The Fed Ex or UPS guy dumped them on my front porch in the rain and they were RUINED! I don't blame Thing Fling for that but as I recall, they weren't in a box I would have felt comfortable giving as a gift.

After reading some of the negative comments about this product, I thought I'd add my two cents. I bought this last fall and it is kind of fun. No, it's not going to keep your kids entertained for a whole weekend, but it is fun to pull out once in a while and play with. My 4-year old can't really draw the lines smoothly enough to make the cars stay on track, but with some help from Dad, we make it work. It's not difficult, and the cars DO follow the tracks if you draw them correctly. I find it much more fun than playing with dollhouses. I might buy a couple more, just to add to the playing surface. My kids liked them for 1/2 hour then spent time using the marker to draw pictures. The quality is pretty poor and the cars don't do a good job. If the fling was free, then maybe.

We just got these last week. My kids are having a pretty darn good time with them. The line does need to be thicker than the pen tip. So, you can go over it a couple of times or get a black dry erase marker with a really broad tip. These aren't perfect but they do keep younger kids quite entertained.

I bought these a long time ago. They are still in the box in the closet. I sorta forgot about them. Thanks for reminding me!

This is the first time I've seen this happen. As of last night, the "3 (three) 70 joules three outlet Surge Protector Free" were listed to be the next item for sale, after the Altec Lansing speakers. Sometime between then and now, the Line Chaserz were added into the mix, and bumped the surge protectors. Does this happen often? I'm curious if changes like this have cost me to miss certain items. Not a big deal, but just wondering, how often changes in the line up, like this, occur.

I personally would have waited untill after 12 thingfling time for the next item to save on S/H .... More purchases to lower the coutdown is fine. But DANG! to drop in some items and increase time........ F*$!Q Burned again trusting the time as it fluxuates. Seems they are trying to burn out coupons. <--- Just my opinion. Still my kids love these. Keep in mind they also follow sharpie markers on a hardwood floor OMG what a mess. LOL
