So, TF emailed me today and provided a tracking number, but it was from the original shipment that was 1 set of speakers short. Apparently nothing was ever shipped two weeks ago when they told me they'd take care of it. Very disappointing!
Did anyone else get their free items from this promotion?

Did anyone else get their free items from this promotion? Yes I received my free item (that was charged and then refunded) a while back. So let me understand this you ordered 3 speakers, one was refunded but you only received two speakers? Did you check with your card statement? I mean were you charged for three speakers, and then had the price of one speaker refunded back? or were you charged for two speakers and had the price of one refunded back? Anyway, sounds like maybe confusion at thingfling. Just keep on it I'm sure it'll get straightened out. It could be that they don't have any of those speakers left, but in that case you perhaps could get another refund if everything is in order.

I guess I was just low on patience when I discovered that the tracking number provided was the original. Sorry for my negative attitude. I've come to expect greatness from ThingFling! Thanks in advance for restoring my faith.

OK, faith restored! I have received my speakers and they look great! Not sure how the order got in the ditch in the first place, but thanks for making things right! I shall fling again!

Hey Thingfling,
I really dont want to keep doing tickets on the helpdesk cause u guys are just telling me the same thing over n over again. I really appreciate ur promotion and Im glad i won but come on im still waiting for my refund. You guys must of messed up or credited the wrong card. My credit card company has said over and over again there has been no credit issued by you guys. You say u credited it but thats it the transaction number you gave me does nothing for my credit card company since they didnt receive a credit. Order #69088 for 19.91 please straighten this out. TYVM

Hello. I never got my credit either. I submitted a ticket to the help desk tonight so hopefully they will straighten it out.
In the meantime I won't be buying anything else. Not because I don't want to - I have tried numerous times to buy numerous items. But the order always comes back with a "FAILURE" status on the order receipt, error code "10001". This has been going on for a week or longer. So I also submitted a ticket for that as well.
I sure hope this gets straightened out - I'm missing out on a lot of good flings!!!

Thingfling didn;t send a check, it was a credit card refund if i remember correctrlt. As foe rhe order failure are you using patpal? also make sure your billinf and shipping addreses are the samr.
