Just wondering if anyone has gotten theirs yet, from that week I only saw this listed once and there was only 25 bags. Mine was marked as shipped today.. I cant wait to see what comes and its showing 10.80 lbs! here's what I got (2) maxel FM transmitter for ipod phillips universal car charger for cell phones (doesn't work with my phone though) monster cassette adapter for ipod, etc home/office ionizer 3 pack of ipod nano skins gemini power inverter 6 outlet power adapter 1 neoglo keychain light set of cable clamps altec lansing inMotion imx2 mobile speaker system all in all a GREAT haul...I got hte 10 dollar MB, plus the bonus for ordering 5 flings 39 flings as of 7-4-08 and counting

NONE were flings I got the 10 dollar mystery bag...not sure what was meant for that (packaging wasn't good enough to deliniate that) and the bonus 39 flings as of 7-4-08 and counting

I never saw the 25 dollar MB at al Wish I thought of that, but I spent enogh money already, at least I got my 5 flings

Didn't get any MB but got the 5 items
heres the extras
-DVD disc markers (got in the $4 mb also)
-pc webcam (Gemini) make another IR cam I guess
-Sunbeam ionizer (have a HEPA filter so no use to me)
-laptop surge protector(might use on ocation
-Cell phone milti charger (with USB->AC and USB->DC and male USB plug to plugin) might take apart for other projects
Not to bad, I think I like the extras more then the last item I got to get up to the 5 item mark. So thats always good

GOT my July-4th-Week-Promotion box today with all the loot. In all I made 11 flings, including the one $10 MysteryBagSpecial. When I first opened my box and took out all my ordered stuff I found a note saying I FAILED to QUALIFY for the MBS and it was scratched off my order invoice! So I started a HD ticket. . . Then I dug out more stuff, found a note Thanking me for Qualifying with 5 orders and 'look for something extra' in the box - there was stuff in there I didn't order ... what must have been my 'extra' gifts: --Phillips Universal Car Charger (can't use this myself)--Altec Lansing inMotion iPod speaker (I already have this from another order so know it's good-can use another)  --Newpoint metal surge strip w/phoneline protection (always need more of these)Three things for FREE! Then I found an actual BAG of stuff with six items and another note thanking me for qualifying FOR the MBS: -- A set of screw bits in a plastic case -kindofa screwdriver (don't see this driving many screws-the bits may be handy)-- Power Sentry surge strip (always need more of these)-- TagIt.Don'tLoseIt. thing -- Maxell iPod Remote Control. cool! -- Gemini AC car power inverter (now I have a second inverter, can leave it in the car all the time) -- Monster Mounts - 5 speaker wall mounts (this is cool) All this for $10 . . . I orderd the MYSTERYBAGSPECIAL after reading this:
Let's keep it simple: 1- if you have more than 5 orders by Monday you will be surprised ! ***
2- Mystery bags will come up, but $10.00 mysterybags will be only for flingers with more than 5 order (no exceptions, sorry). We are listing some $25.00 ones for the bags maniacs with less than 5 orders ***
3 - Since the promotion is to have flingers with more than 5 orders, all "multiple orders will be processed first" *** Just make sure to have 5 orders by Monday !!
Stating when? I still don't get it. I had 5 by monday, just not in THAT week. Three times including twice today you send me a friggin email saying my orders been shipped. Then I get a refund through Paypal that states:
July 18, 07 canceled and fully refunded - "Special M.Bag f/Special Flingers" - only Customers who had 5 new order from 4th July promotion could have ordered these.
I have ordered from you 6 times, 1 was broken up crap from the black hole of your warehouse and the other one gets cancelled?
I guess I'll have to stick with the guys who you have been trying to imitate: WOOT

John, it was pretty clear, even at the first, the 5 orders had to be from the July 4th week, starting from Wednesday the 4th and through Sunday midnight. I read that form teh first email they sent me before reading it in the forums. There were several emails and postings clarifying that...and lots of discussions and postings and explanations following during the promotion. TF stated they were shorthanded and trying their best to keep the otherwise holiday week running along. I say give 'em a break. I don't believe as a deal site they are as large as w00t! and in no way do I think TF tries to IMITATE w00t! This site is about as different in concept from w00t! as these deal sites can be. I wish w00t! would do a little imitating of TF myself. If you didn't qualify, you didn't qualify. At least they kept it consistant for those of us who did. THIRTY-FIVE Flings

wat pisses me off is that they charged my credit card 2 weeks ago, and I ordered the "special mystery box" not the 4th of july special.... as such there was no implication that I i was supposed to have 5 flings THAT WEEK! I'm annoyed! 7 fling so far....
