What's up with the server time. I'm on the east coast, and it's currently 5:24 PM on July 9th, 2008. The person above, is also on the east coast, but the time it says the comment was posted, is at least an hour in the future, 6:13 PM, and it's been there awhile. I've been waiting for these, but I missed them, and I'm curious how much I missed them by. I've also noticed this time issue is pretty much constant, not just an issue here. Any ideas?

So it looks to be a case where the the server is adding 2 hours to the actual post time. I've checked all my settings, and I don't see an issue on my end. I could almost understand if it was a location issue, but 2 hours ahead of me, would plop TF in the middle of the Atlantic.......

I noticed that a while ago...mebbee TF isn't in NJ, it's actually someplace WORSE than NJ...The (bom bom bom bom bom bom<----ala Jaws) Bermuda Triangle! That would explain a whole LOT! Bad Grin Man, I crack myself up sometimes! Laughing

Go to the top of the page and click on "My Profile" (just under My Flings). On the left hand side, down a ways click on "Edit Profile". At the bottom of that page you can change the time zone to the correct one you are in.

Any idea how long until these come up again?

Assuming they will, of course.

I've been patiently waiting for these to come up again. I keep missing them. As far as vacation and outings, my summer's over, but I can definitely save them for next year. So I'm definitely in for one (or 24)........

So, what designs do you get? 5 of 4 and 4 of the other 1? Or are there others, not just the ones pictured?

Oh, and it's Coke... Pop is what you get when you shake a Coke...

They case contains 3 to 4 of each design. There was us flag, pink, military green, military blue, hippy w/ peace sign, camouflage, flames, orange. I think that is it. they are pretty neat. Everytime I show someone the stuff they want a few.

The one box I have opened myself of the 4boxes I have received did not have the us flag, pink or peace sign in it. I had the Flames, 2 shades of blue, the military( light olive) green, orange, camouflage, red, red with floral and paisley pattern and blue with floral and paisley pattern. So it seems that the patterns/ colors may vary from one box to the next. 2 and a half of the boxes I received were donated to my MS support group. And as others have said when ever I show them to someone or tell them about these they want some and want to know where to get them( including the Physicians Assistant at my MS docs office). YMMV

DANG IT!!! One call to work, one friggin email server down and I miss it!!! I have been waiting for these to come round again and BLEW IT! I got a couple in a MB once and gave them to my Mom and Dad (Mom lost her hair to chemo and loves these as the bandannas get a bit warm for her, she wears the camo one and her friends just LOVE it plus it keeps her new 'chrome dome' as she calls it cool in this heat).

Anyone wanting to trade a few for whatever I have (Skype phone? Yahoo phone? Prestigo remote? 3' Digital Optical cable? Highway 420 beaded pillow still in the bag? Lighted data sensing USB cable?) PM me!

Just a note to add as I have gotten quite a few PM's about Mom. I was not trying to be frivolous in what I said about her, she is battling her second go-round with a strain of Ovarian Cancer. When it first happened she was quite down, then when she went for chemo she met a group of wonderful people that helped pull her out of her funk in ways we, her family, could not. Through them, she has seen that her perception of this horrible affliction, which through her childhood and early adult years spelled certain death for anyone afflicted with it, has become something which can be fought and survived.

Right after she first found out about it, she and I had already planned a cruise to Hawaii, 5 islands in 5 days then 5 days back across the Pacific to Ensenada, MX. Knowing what was happening inside her made this a very difficult decision to go through with and it caused her a great deal of trepidation. The doctors told her to go if she wished and they would start treatment when we returned, so she made the decision to go on. Nothing could have been better for her. I hate to bring up religion in a public forum such as this as many do not hold the same beliefs as others, and in fact, my own religious beliefs vary widely from my Mothers, but she met some people on the boat that helped her deal greatly with what she was going through and embarking on. It helped her greatly and lightened our load, so to speak, allowing us both to enjoy the wondrous beauty of the Hawaiian Islands, also allowing her to share with me something she and my Father enjoyed a few years back.

I could tell it was taking a mental toll on her and physically it was quite demanding at times. However, she came through it and when we got back she started her treatments and met another group of people struggling with many of the same difficulties she was. Through their encouragement and energy, she has come to quite a positive outlook as she knows she is going to defeat this a second time now. She has thrown off the shame of her newly hairless look and has inspired us to keep as positive an outlook as she. Are we scared, of course we are, however, we continue to look at this positively and every advance she makes strengthens her and our resolve.

She has come quite a way from her fears and shown us that with a positive outlook and a good sense of humor about it all, she will eventually win out. I just wanted to share this with you all, and hopefully explain what some of my presumptively crass comments were, they come from her wonderful sense of humor and were not meant to offend anyone.

malongfe, I got ya. Blessings to your Mom. I work with quite a few cancer patients, and they do seem to aquire a unique sense of humor. So do the handicaped. I had a dear cousin who was a quadrapligic. We would have so much fun with people. But you know, they insire you. This woman was in a wheelchair, got remarried, had and raise 2 more children (she already had one). Got an education and got a job as a web master at the CDC. WOW.

Any chance anyone purchased these and got gray or black solid colors that they'd like to trade? If so, I have the following colors:

Camouflage
Flames
Pink
Orange
Smilies & Peace Signs
American Flag

I am so broke right not it's not even funny. What is funny though is that you finally got more of these now that the temperature is cool and nice. I hope these get a lot opportunities like before so I can take advantage of them when I'm not tapped out.

And, I'm in Ohio, and it's a soda. There are many varieties, but my favourite is the real thing. In fact, I think I'll have one now.

Too cold in the north east lately, But great to grab a few for those warm months in the near future. I'd grab more heaters at this point. Saving on the gas bill. TY TF.
