Once you try out the Altec Lansing inMotion player, let us know what you think! the speakers perform as expected. i have altec lansing speakers in my laptop and they sound just about the same. bass is responsive. mids are good. highs are clear. overall, what i expected from portable speakers. depending on your strategic location of the unit you can decently fill a fair sized room with sound. some bad things is that you have to fold out the front panel if you want access to the back panel to plug in the ac adaptor and aux connections. if the box was just the speakers it definitely would not have been worth the $30 unless if you were going to buy this product anyway.
