I have still not received my items, and am getting no response to my second open ticket number : [360-0D95B6E5-D041].

What gives? I just want the items I paid for.
A response would be nice!
Hopefully I can get some answers here since the Helpdesk ticket entry has gotten me nowhere.

I received my 2 missing lights today, I would have been nice if I had some communication about this, then I would not have posted all over that I did not get them or heard back from them. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!!!
