Hey Guys,

I am having some problems. I put in a order for 5 cameras (philips 3 MP)
After i put in my cc info and hit submit, i was taken to a page were it showed me my user id and password etcc...

Is this right? I beleive i was one of the first ppl to order the camera. The main page said their is a quantity of 40 after i hit submit and looked at it again, it said 35. I didnt want to try to put my order in again so i wont end up with 2 orders.

I opened a ticket up 2 days ago and haven't heard anything. Is there anyway i can verify if my order went through? I know their are some troubles with confirmations etcc..

Thank you!

After you clicked "Submit", it should go to a page that looks somewhat like an invoice. It would say: "success", your order, the price, etc.

To check if the order went through:
1) Check your email to see if you got an email confirmation (yep, some people have reported they don't get any at all, which is strange).
2) On the ThingFling main page, log into your account at the top-right; email address and password. After logging in, click on "MY ACCOUNT" next to FAQ on the top. On the right side of the page should be a list of your recent orders. If there is an order shown under: "My Orders", you can click on the Order ID number and that is your receipt/invoice of purchase.

Thanks for you're quick reply.

It seems that my order DID NOT go through. This is very upsetting. I am not new to the internet. I have been eyeing thingfling for a very long time, and this is my first purchase. I didnt want to put in 2 orders and get screwed. I immediately opened a ticket up with thingfling thinking they can get back to me promptly and might have a shot of putting in another order. NOTHING happened even up till now.

Is their any justice?

SOrry it didn't go through. I'm sure they will be offered again soon... they've been up about 10 times since they first offered them

But also, just in case, is there any way you can check your credit card statement to see if actually did go through and that maybe thingfling has a glitch going on or something? Don't want to reorder thinking it didn't go through when it actually did.. Neutral

We do what we can (on what we've found out based on experience), but to answer about thingfling and their helpdesk... THEY'll have to speak for themselves. Neutral

The King and Queen will reply frequently. They may not have seen this yet due to the amount of posts that occur. The helpdesk took ~2 weeks to get my issue resolved. It's easy for me to say, but just be patient and they will respond. GL
