In all my years (many) of buying products on line, I have never had a product delivered in such poor condition. The package is almost completely destroyed and looked like it had over spray from a construction site all over it. It was taped together like a 3 year old had done the job and then gave it to someone who drug it across the state of Texas behind a 1977 Yugo. I have no idea if it works but in this condition, it would not have sold at a garage sale for $4. It it works I will be happy but I will be MUCH MORE careful about what I buy here[Shame on you Shame on you

it was not the shipping box- it was fine

the package that the antenna was in was torn up and taped and looked like hell. It was a used product or had been sold and returned in poor condition. The product did not set up like I hoped but I am using it in a different way that has helped my problem. For the little amount of money involved it is not worth the trouble to return it and I am getting some use out of it. Thanks for your response although the e-mail link did not work

ok, but did you read the item description?

from the item description: (on two different days).....

Quote:

This item is a refurbished shelfpull-but it's a base, what is there to refurbish?

These items are shelfpulls so the packaging may be torn or taped
