I Received someone's items by mistake- have e-mailed four times to obtain shipping label.....Why no Options

I would think a retailer would be happy that an honest person reports they receive a box with their address and someone else's items. I e-mailed Thing Fling along with the owner as his billing statements were included. I asked for a label to return the items. I asked four times. The owner also asked. Tomorrow I will mail the items to the owner- so do you think someone there could reimburse me as money is tight? Why do you not reply to my e-mails??????

he never replies to emails, he does not know how to run a site. He has no customer service, i have bene waiting for 2 months for replacement for defective item and never got it. You will never be reimbersed, he will never give you a cent.

I'm missing a monster surge protector. yesterday when I checked for the status and my account stated
it was shipped with my dentek order but it isn't. I received
the dentek feb 9th and I know it wasn't in the dentek package.

No you don't have to send it back. We already sent another one out to that customer.
