One (1) more headset of five (5) recieved totalling two(2); three(3) more to go!!! Options

First I want to thank THING FLING for responding to my first ticket and to tell THING FLING that I have received today a new box with (1) one more headset. Also a receipt showing my order was attached with the quantity and SKU circled, as if I did not know what I ordered, showing quantity (1) one and (5) sets in the description, it reads 5 sets just like what I purchased from you on January 23, 2006.

This headset plus the other (1) one makes a total of (2) two headsets meaning that Thing Fling still owes (3) three more headsets.

This is aggravating to say the least because you guys are not sending what I ordered. The postage alone by the time you get this right will be worth more than the headsets.

Please send the rest of my order ASAP.

AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN READ AND COUNT

I also only received 1 set of the headphones that I ordered on 1/23/06. Submitted a ticket and sincerely hope that I receive the 4 remaining sets in the next box. I love the 1 set I did receive, but don't want to have to submit a ticket each time I receive one until I finally get all 5.
My invoice also shows that my order consists of 5 sets of the Zenith headphones. Whoever boxed that order either did not or could not read the printed invoice.
There are many different types of companies with many different types of customers. I am a production supervisor in a semi-conducter manufacturing facility. One thing holds true in any company: A company is only as good as the people who work in it.

I also placed an order on 1/23, and still haven't received ANYTHING. I sent an email to the support email and go no response. I am thinking this place is a rip off - not a good way to maintain clientelle. I would rather spend the extra money at a real store, at least then I know I'm going to get something. As of now, I have lost $10 with nothing to show for it.

Just received my shipment with 5 sets of headphones. ThingFling has resolved this issue and I am now a satisfied customer. I actually have 6 sets of heaphones now so I would be happy to ship one of them to jmayon. Seriously, just pm me and let me know where to send it.
