Just check "my flings" and make sure your order is there.(this is on the right up top) If it is, then you're good to go. If it's not, then it either did not go through, or was cancelled. In this case, I suggest you open a help ticket with the help desk.

I print out each order as I make it and put it in a pile. When the item arrives, I take it from the pile and date it and put in into a file I have for each year so that I have a hard copy of everything just in case I need it. That way I know what I am still waiting for and when I received it.
