I am getting disturbed about Mystery box week 3. Per the item description it states that they will be shipped on Jan 7th. Since I get no emails I watch the status in My Flings. Today is the 9th and my status still states printed.

"it just may not have updated..."
"I wouldn't be too concerned...it has probably shipped"
So, how do I know? No email, no status update, nothing?
I used to regularly check the site to see what item was for sale. But now after continuously seeing printed, I will definitely be more cautious with future purchases.
I also submitted a ticket because the coupon code says invalid for me, but I have gotten no response. They have my money though....
The emails and the status updates is something TF has
always had issues with. They have had emails working for short periods of time a couple of times, but it never lasts long. Status updates have been much better than a few months ago but sometimes they still have issues with that also. Like you were told by someone else, don't worry too much about it. TF will get your stuff to you shortly. I have bought TONS of things from here and since the switch from DHL to UPS, I have always gotten my items in a reasonable amount of time.
A simple post in the forums by them could really clear a lot of things up.

There was a delay with a few orders from the last batch of the Holiday Mystery Box and we do apologize for that, if you have any concerns about the delay please contact our helpdesk and we'll try to make it right. All Holiday Mystery boxes are ready, packed and shipped but there’s a few that are still waiting to be picked up by UPS.
We are aware of the problems with email confirmations and this is actually on our Developers Team "to fix" list, we think that we finally figured out what the problem is and we should have a fix for this within a month or so.
Our developers have been working hard on improving a lot of things on the back-end of the site so we can keep getting better and better as we grow, most of these new features are invisible on the customer end but they are essential for the continuous improvement of our services.
Please bear with us during these growing pains; we read almost all comments on the forum (the good and the bad ones) and even though we can't reply to each one, we want you to know that we do take note of all of them. Your suggestions, comments and feedback are always welcome!
Keep in mind that we have just recently completed our first year anniversary and there's a long way ahead of us to get where we are going. We are constantly making changes to the website and will keep improving.
I want to thank our loyal community for trusting us and for keeping us going. You guys are the best!
