First Purchase no email checked my flings said it was shipped 04-06-07 with tracking number but ups still dosen't have it yet 04-09-07 ? thanks

Hi,
I ordered 2 mystery bags on 4/24/07 ($10 Tuesday). I did not get any email confirmation and it doesn't show on 'my flings'. I sent a help desk ticket but no reply yet. Thanks.

I have the same problem as dandrop.
I ordered 1 mystery bags on 4/24/07 ($10 Tuesday). I did not get any email confirmation and it doesn't show on 'my flings'. I sent a help desk ticket but no reply yet. HOWEVER, money was withdrawn from my paypal account. Help!

You may want to check and see if the money has been refunded. If not, don't worry - somebody will get back to you from the helpdesk. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends? I haven't gotten a confirmation for my last couple of orders and I very rarely get shipping confirmations. I don't worry about it too much though. I get my payment confirmations from Paypal and they orders are in my My Flings section along with the tracking info when they ship.

Just noticed that I have two shipments coming, one sent on 5/3 and the other on 5/7. I did not receive a shipping notice for either one.

Just had another item ship that I did not get a notification of. I have not had any confirmations (order or shipping) for at least a week or so.

I got no emails (other than welcoming me to ThingFling and a couple of verifications that I have submitted tickets. The only indication that my order is being processed is the message below and the fact that my debit card has been charged for the amount of the order. Nothing indicating anything has been shipped and its been a week since the order was placed.

Today there is tracking info in "My Flings" for the Tools AMB, but no email.

I have gotten order confirmation for all of my 13 flings except for the past fling for the AMB, which is my only AMB so far. 20 things flung

Placed order on 5-17 and credit card was billed. Finally today, 5-23, it says my order was "printed". I'm not very happy with the service!

I ordered something the other day - and got an error, but credit card was billed, BUT - my ticket says its still " open " but havent received ANY emails or anything! NOT HAPPY EITHER! what company doesnt have a phone # you can call or some kind of help??????????
