Anybody have experience with iRobot Roomba vacuum? Thinking about getting one, but I don't know anybody that has one.

I just got one from woot last week. Works very well, I was shocked. Comes with remote control, so when we leave, push button and there it goes. Has not saved me much time yet, as I can't stop watching it work. I have a small dog and the roomba picks up hair, crumbs, even dust on the carpet. Works on my carpet, tile, and hardwood. So far I am very pleased. If I can just train it to get me a beer. Oh and by the way it wears a size 8.5 sock. pic from bk.

They actually have ones that you can program yourself... might be hard to open the fridge though

Actually i think I hear it on now . all in all its the best 144.99 I've ever spent. But as Chad said it does not save any time at all, I've been staring at it every time it runs in amazement lol. If your thinking about getting one go for it these machines are incredible!!!!!

If your thinking about getting one go for it these machines are incredible!!!!! Yes, they are very intriguing. I just started it to see how it worked and was mesmerized! Got the most enjoyment from my dog. First he ran. Then he barked. Then he was following it to play. It is scheduled to run at 9:00 am today. Interested to see the results when I get home. Thanks for all the feedback, greatly appreciated

My dog is Brutus, not Houdini. He is in the kennel all day. I may terrorize him when I get home

I got one for my wife for Christmas we loved it so much that on the last wootoff we got a Scooba both are wonderful. Just have to tell the kids that i'm running the roomba and they go clean their floors so they get to watch it. But i usually start it as I leave for work and the floor (Carpet) is clean when I get home.
Get one You'll Love it too. cegarrett
