The description above clearly states TWO surge protectors, yet mine arrived with only one! I have sent Thingfling an email, yet have received no reply. Please advise and rectify.

Asa of today, Dec. 16th, I have yet to receive anything whatsoever from thingfling regarding this issue. No email, no surge protector, nothing. If I do not receive my surge protector this week, I will be disputing this $40 charge with Visa as not receiving what was advertised.

Same here. I got only one in the mail and it was open already, but the packing slip and website clearly said "NEW". I received an email stating that another surge protector would be on it's way, but I have yet to receive it either, or a response to my email about how the one I got was refurbished.

Sorry about the mixup with the seconnd units. We shipped them out as soon as we realized we messed up and only shipped one.. I will have to look into the open package though on Monday. They were most definetley new. I will contact you directly on Monday. We did send emails to inform everyone that the second unit will follow, sorry you did not get it.

Thingfling did get the product here literally the next business day after I ordered it the first time, so thanks for fast shipping. But since I've yet to receive an email stating the second one is coming, does that mean you've not shipped mine yet?

We are aware of the situation with the confirmation email not going out but rest assured that all the orders will be sent out. The ones we made the mistake on it as well.
