I placed an order (12952) on January 26th, and it's still in "new" status. ThingFling has my money, but I don't have my product! I've emailed thingfling without any response. What do I do now?

What do I do now? They will get your product to you. I had sort of the same situation but with a Jan 23rd order date and a Feb 9th delivery. Just give them a few more days and you should see your order being shipped. You can also send an email to fling@thingfling.com and they will open a ticket for you. Hope this helps. Joanthan

Be patient. You will get both a reply to your email and your product. They have been updating software and lost 2 days as far as being able to respond to emails goes. They are also working on getting everything shipped out right now. They slowed their sales way down by offering less products for a much longer period of time in order to get caught up and things updated. Ignore the status of your item. Currently they have to manually update that info and they have been focusing on other things than manually updating everybody's info. One of their software updates should be automating that feature for them. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends? Circle of Friends is a social mentoring program based in schools pairing students with special needs with their regular education peers. It will change your kid's life in a positive way! Go to: www.buildingthecircle.org to learn more. What is Y.E.S.S.? Find out here: www.arc-sedgwickcounty.org/YESS.htmlDid you know that 1 in every 150 children in America has an autism spectrum disorder?Visit www.autismspeaks.org for more info on autism.

What do I do now? Nice of everyone to answer the question at hand. I tried this and as soon as the email was received my CC was charged. Don't count on too many emails getting replied, it is kind of hard to reply to an email when your inbox is filled to the brim with complaints, take a look around. The ratio of "Hey guys you****ed up" compared to the "OMG im real life buddies with these guys and this shit is great" type posts is about 15:1 at my last calculation before the forums were "accidentally" wiped.

I can picture you having a chart to keep track of these things. "Lets see... lets see... oh complaint, thats +1... lets see, lets see..." BTW, people complain when they are upset and stay quiet when they are satisfied. It's just how it works. When was the last time you told the guy at Wendy's that he did a good job on your burger? Then when was the last time that you complained that he forgot to put the cheese on there or whatever? Is that a 15:1 ratio too?

I've always heard the opposite to be true, especially when it comes to the mystery bags, Who wants to post about getting crap? Now if someone were to get a wii wouldn't they love to rub it in everyone's faces? And I always tell the dude at wendy's when credit is due that it was a tasty burger. Nice double post amazonshopper. And i do have a chart, its above my cube. there is one thing consistent with this site, unsatisfied customers when it comes to getting the actual product.

You'll see plenty of people complaining. Take a look at goingtoday (it was selling yesterday). Lots of people posting how much they weren't happy. Now, assuming that I'm wrong and you're right for the mystery bags, it still doesn't hold true for every other product.[/quote] Guzikov wrote:Now if someone were to get a wii wouldn't they love to rub it in everyone's faces? When it comes to gaming consoles the companies set these rules where they regulate and lock in the prices. I know that from a long time ago reading EGM. Pretty good magazine. The darn things just don't go for wholesale Just a tip: BBCodeFor questions or problems concerning orders please go to our help desk at http://helpdesk.thingfling.com/

Time to let it go. And btw, even with our screw ups, the overwhelming number of orders were fine, and the responses have been very positive.
This is the last comment I will make on this thread. Clearly Guzikov does want to be made happy and there is nothing else I can do. I tried and failed.
For the rest of you,,,,,go back to work !!!!!
