Sent me junk instead of the item I actually ordered...no replies to emails sent!! Options

Hello. I'm emailing you because I just received my package at the end of last week on an order that I made on January 23. The order is completely wrong. On January 23, I ordered a PA1032 Philips Multimedia Computer Keyboard and instead of receiving my keyboard you instead sent me 10 FM XTRA Autoscan Radios....I've been needing the keyboard for quite some time so you can imagine how upset I got when almost 3 weeks after ordering the much needed keyboard I get something completely useless to me. If you no longer have any of the Philips Keyboards I would appreciate you sending me a keyboard comparable to it. I'm needing this right away so I would appreciate it if you would take care of this situation quickly so I won't have to wait another 3 weeks for my much needed product. I enjoy your website and hope to continue to be able to do so. I've now emailed you at both of your email addresses fling@thingfling.com and support@thingfling.com and have also pm'd the king of thingfling and have receive NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Rest assured that if I don't get a reply by tomorrow I will be contacting my credit card and have them issue a charge back, not too mention you will be losing a valued customer.
