Has anyone heard from Thing@thingfling.com Options

I placed an order a while back and it still hasn't shipped... so I e-mailed Thing@thingfling.com, but there is no reply... I can understand if they cant get my stuff shipped out, but why wont they respond to my e-mail! This is getting ridiculous. They had the time to charge my credit card but not enough time to ship my product or even reply to my e-mail. Has anyone else received a response from Thing@thingfling.com?
