i just got off the phone with remote play about this product. it doesn't work right. they even admitted there was a technical issue with it. they also said there's no way there going to let me send it back. so i'm looking to send it back to you. it seems i have to go through my credit card protection to process my return. according to remote play i can't return it to the manufacturing. please release and give me a return, ok thanks

Can you tell us what the technical issue is for the rest of us who ordered one?

i just submitted a ticket w/o any issues. (at least it says submitted and i got a ticket number)...
