i just got off the phone with remote play about this product. it doesn't work right. they even admitted there was a technical issue with it. they also said there's no way there going to let me send it back. so i'm looking to send it back to you. it seems i have to go through my credit card protection to process my return. according to remote play i can't return it to the manufacturing. please release and give me a return, ok thanks

Can you tell us what the technical issue is for the rest of us who ordered one? "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less.
