I ordered a philips remote "Almost Mystery Box IX" Order #16752 and sent an e-mail to fling@thingfling.com asking if it could be shipped to an address that isn't on my credit card statement as I've moved, been 3 days and no response other than an automated 'ticket created' email ([342-0D5D3F2A-FB8F]) - If anyone could help out I'd appreciate it.

I'd like to order these bags today too, and probably lots of stuff in the future, I just don't want them shipped to my old address, it will take a few days to get the billing information changed.

Do you have paypal? May try doing a bank transfer to ship to the new address.
We love the Fling!!

Yeah, I tried using paypal and changing the address but it said transaction failed, I can only assume it's because they only ship to confirmed addresses.

Could you somehow add a new address to the Paypal account as a "gift" address or something? I've done it before... My cousin wanted to buy something offline and since I didn't know how to add an additional address to my credit card/debit card, i created a "gift" address onto my Paypal account under my cousin's house. So, when I purchased the item online for him, his address was considered "confirmed", even though it's like 300 miles from my house.

Try to do that first. I don't remember the process of what i had to do (fill in information, etc.), but I remember it wasn't too much of a hassle. Then check to see if says "confirmed" on the new address you just added. I hope this works!

Yeah, it helps to protect them from fraud and chargebacks, but it's quite annoying for me... Maybe they'll respond to my email before they ship my stuff.
